Comfortable vacation home in Calpe, one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Blanca, with 14 beaches and coves of fine golden sand with 5 km of cliff coastline, as well as a fishing port and extensive promenades.
Spaciousness and comfort are the main features of this accommodation, where you can relax outdoors and enjoy authentic moments of relaxation on the terraces with complete privacy. The house has international and national TV channels and the bedrooms are equipped with fly screens.
An added value to be considered is the possibility of parking several vehicles on the property.
The surrounding area offers a wide range of recreational activities. Due to its proximity to the beach, you can practice various water sports and discover hidden places such as the famous Peñón de Ifach, one of the symbols of the Costa Blanca, declared a natural park and meeting place for climbers and divers from all over the world.
Another remarkable place is the Natural Park of the Salt Mines, from which salt has been extracted since Roman times in ancient times.

Ne vous fiez pas aux belles photos de l'annonce, la réalité est bien différente...
Chaises longues très défraîchies et tachées. Matelas tâchés, moustiquaire déchirées, lave-linge qui fuit et le summum… lave-vaisselle dans un état de saleté pitoyable… Les ventilateurs sont eux aussi très poussiéreux et encrassés. A notre arrivée, les draps séchaient et traînaient dans le jardin! Il nous a été demandé la somme de 180€ pour le ménage qui n'avait visiblement pas été fait avant notre arrivée. Malgré ça, la maison est bien placée, proche des commodités et des plages.
