As a group of 4 adults we stayed in globales nova apartments for 12 days. From the moment we checked in till the day we left I could not say one bad thing about the place. the staff are so nice and have good English and could not be more helpful. It is absolutely spotless clean

The staff are so helpful. The hotel is in a great location just across the road from the beach. The hotel is currently being upgraded the light in our bedroom were not secures to the wall correctly. this is our 3rd year in staying at this hotel we will be back!

We were a group of four friends staying for a week the apartments were a decent size the only down side was the floor the smallest amount of water made is vey slippery I in fact fell in the bathroom hurting my side

Spacious, immaculate and excellent location
5 minutes walk from the beach, Costa coffee and many restaurants! Life guard on site at the 2 pools, absolutely immaculate accommodation and staff were great! Would definitely return at some point! Approx €40 in a taxi to the airport and takes about 25 minutes.

Very central, on a good bus route. Close to a very clean beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel. Bar staff very friendly. Well kept grounds. Pool great for young kids. Would recommend a low floor if traveling with young kids. Entertainment ok.

Spacious rooms. Sea view apartment but blocked by views. Unprofessional staff. Rotten doors. Kitchen needs replacing. Extremely loud clubhouse with doors wide open every evening, not the customers but the staff! So no evening relax on the balcony or sleep before midnight. Staff don't care.

Very clean and pleasant hotel with pretty grounds leading to spacious pool area. Very good access to seafront, bars, shops & restaurants - both in Palma Nova and Magaluf.

Good location and that's it
Positives. Great location. Right in the middle of everything and a quick stroll from the beach. Found bed perfectly comfortable. Receptionist very helpful. Nice lobby. Staff are generally all friendly and helpful. Now for the negatives. Rooms weren't clean on arrival. Parts of the hotel very dated and need refreshed. The pool is too small and gets far too busy. Entertainment is cringy at best (elvis tribute acts ffs). Due to hotels location it can be noisy at night with drunks passing by. Our balcony had a pool view but was masked by large trees so got no sun at all. The shower will flood the bathroom unless you cleverly position some towels. Our towels weren't changed until our second last day when we piled them up near the door in protest. All in all if I was returning to Palma Nova, which I won't, I would probably choose a different hotel.

Lovely 5-day getaway!!!
We had a fantastic 5 day holiday - the room was big and very comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen to make our own little lunch in the afternoon!! The pool area was fantastic, and the hotel is located a stone's throw away from a beautiful beach. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars in the surrounding areas, which are all really well priced. We will definitely come back again for a break in the sunshine!!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Globales the apartments were very clean and spacious. Complex is very close to the beach and all amenities. Staff were great.The bus to Palma stops outside the rear entrance to the apartments for anyone wishing to go there.
