The only thing ok was the room After I made the booking I realized I booked one day early . Within 3 min I contacted Expedia to help me fix the booking and as always failed me . I showed up at the hotel after a long journey exhausted and my booking was canceled . 😡 had to pay more by rebooking there . the front desk guy and pretty all of the staff not friendly at all . Really weird place . The food is at best edible .. I got there and also was told the hotel was closing on 10/31/ 22 so in the end I had to move hotels . Would never return or refer Expedia to anyone .. Expedia messed my booking up I’m the past .while ago .I decided to give it another try . And I regret doing so .

The hotel had great amenities and activities on the property as well as close to public transit stops to get around the area. The pool area was great and the room had an amazing view. There were plumbing issues when we first arrived so staff were in our room when we got there but were quickly resolved. Overall the hotel was very nice and a great get away.

Great, clean & safe hotel!
Great impressions of the hotel. Check-in staff were amazing nothing seemed too much trouble. Upon going to the room was really impressed with the space and presentation. Facilities were amazing too, all staff that I encountered were happy and polite. I would stay there again! If you're thinking to stay here that highly recommended. Bus to the airport outside location (40mins) walk to the main stip (7mins) to the beach! (5mins). Thank you hotel Samos for a wonderfull stay!

Disappointing attitudes from staff
Hotel is fine (by Magaluf standards) but the service is terrible. We had a situation where one of our friends had to stay with us - we tried to pay for an extra room and they told us they were full and there was nothing they could do, and turfed our friend, a vulnerable woman, out onto the street. I immediately booked a hotel via Hotels.com for that night, despite them saying they were full. This led to more fallout especially when I called the toxic night staff our for being sexist (turns out they only have problems with women). I really would urge women to think twice before booking here.

This was the saddest excuse I’ve ever seen for a “4-star hotel.” The service is extremely slow and unaccommodating. The stay is grossly overpriced given the mediocre condition of the space. Rooms are disgusting (often wreaking of weed or cigarettes) and falling apart (i.e. weak air conditioning, broken trash cans, door unable to close, etc.) Extra bonus points because the towels and bed sheets had unidentified stains on them. So! If drunk teens, dirty rooms, and high prices, and an overall trashy area like Magaluf are your things— head on over to Hotel Samos!!!!! :-)

Fantastic place!
Didn’t expect much as being Magaluf, but have to say great hotel, great positive atmosphere, good food, decent gym for a bit of exercise. Had a great relaxing time and close to sea front and restaurants. Would definitely recommend if you want a chill but also energetic place to be.

nice place to chill but could be noisy
I had a nice 6 nights stay in this hotel. room was clean and bed was comfy. breakfast was great with variety of choices. area was nice and close to the beach and many resturants, supermarket and public transportation. The only things I didn't like is that walls are paper thin and I could hear my neighbours room talking during the night and another thing I didn't like is that you have to pay in order to use the in room safe.

The people were lovely and you could never get bored of the hotel. The evening shows were brilliant and entertaining. One thing I didn’t like was the coldness of the water in the pool but there’s always room for improvement. Would definitely revisit

Very central. The staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. I found the bed very hard so they put a topper on for me. Food was good and had meat, fish pasta always available I would highly recommend. The entertainment team were very friendly and fun
