Absolutely amazing. Service was exceptional and the place was awesome. I don’t think I can ever go to any other resort besides Meliá after this experience. Wow. Wow. My family and I loved it. We are a family of 8, with 3 small children. Everyone enjoyed the stay, the amenities and the staff.

We booked the oceanfront 3-bedroom villa and were advised by the staff to go to The Level for breakfast instead of The Merkado buffet restaurant. It’s supposed for VIPs, has more quality food and selections but actually not the case. The Merkado has more food selections.

Fantastic Holiday!
Fantastic service always welcoming and happy to help. Specially all the chefs on the first day we struggled with food options as we are strict vegetarians and don’t eat any seafood. We mentioned the fact that we were struggling and the next morning the chef had created a special veg menu for us. All the staff made our 10 day holiday extra special. STAID IN A 3 BEDROOM/3 BATH VILLA WITH POOL ON THE BEACH. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY AND CONSTRUCTION. FOOD WAS ALL INCLUSIVE AND ALWAYS ABLE TO EAT WELL. DRINKS WERE NOT INCLUDED.
