Nice hotel but can improve on cleaning the pool
Nice four star hotel with nice comfortable rooms but the pool area including the changing need to have a number items fixed and much better cleaning. The hotel is on the outskirts of Cambridge so not walking distance into Cambridge

Great except parking
Great hotel and facilities only negative is no parking for the hotel itself. There is the station car park next door which was full so I had to use the park and ride which isn’t very close and so cost me a lot

Good clean new hotel as I would expect. However, the shower has abysmal water pressure, and the accessible room I was in was very strange, not only was it on the 6th floor the bathroom layout was odd, and I think a pedal bin isn't the best thing for a potentially disabled occupant?

Good room and new hotel in great condition. Parking is a large train station parking lot next door which is ok but you may have to contend with park and ride people. Small supermarket across the street

Amazing new comfortable hotel, with great pool and gym amenities. You have to pay for parking which they don’t mention and the app they want you to down load to pay for parking isn’t the won you use, it’s pay by parking one. Lack of communication with reception was frustrating
