Loved the location. Sits right on the waterfront and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Room very comfortable. Bathroom updated with whirlpool tub and separate shower. In room breakfast was a big plus!!

I liked the balcony, except it hadn't been cleaned. There was a big pile of dead flower blossoms and someone's food crumbs. The bathroom floor was brown and sticky. I didn't like the big rip in the carpet near the bed. To pay for parking after paying $600 per night! It took three tries to respond to check-in on my phone and three trips in person to find out what time the room would be ready.

This is our second birthday/valentines stay… the service was even improved on last year! Breakfast in the room, snow cleared from our vehicle. Check in a breeze! Right on the water. Able to go kayaking, sailing, browse the shops, have a nice meal right from hotel. Room was great. Balcony with seating to relax and look out on the harbor. Yummy breakfast delivered to room. Jacuzzi tub and many spouted shower. We traveled up and down the coast and decided this would be our home base on any future travel in Maine coastal area.
