Não tem serviço de ajuda para malas, na entrada a anfitriã foi muito atenciosa e ajudou já na saída não teve ninguem para ajudar e o elevador é muito precário. A noite não tem um serviço de restaurante a contento.

Boa opção pra quem vai a Jaguariuna .
O hotel é muito confortável e os funcionários extremamente corteses e educados, ao lado do espaço de rodeio em Jaguariúna da pra ir a pé. Foi ótimo pois nosso evento era lá . O quarto confortável , limpo e cheiroso. Amamos a hospedagem voltaria novamente . Só achamos o café da manhã muito simples para o porte do hotel. Já fui em hotéis menores que o café era melhor.

Achei um bom hotel , não excelente !nEm todos os aspectos . Funcionários frios … o Wi Fi não é bom , aliás muito fraco , não havia copos no quarto .
