Only one room has air conditioning, which is on the ground floor, staircase steep for access to the 2 superior rooms with ceiling fan. Simple country house. Ideal for tanning as if you were on the farm!

Experiência desagradável
Local com a limpeza não condizente, ruim acessoria dos proprietários e do caseiro. Eletrodomésticos indispensáveis que não funcionavam: forno de fogão, geladeira e ar condicionado, além da falta d'água na região, o sitio nao conta com um poço artesiano que supra as necessidades da propreidade, nos faltou água. Tínhamos uma estadia de 4 dias, mas foi impossível permanecer... saímos na metade!

Imóvel está sem água encanada sendo abastecido por bomba do poço então falta água e a grama falta dar um trato tá mais ou menos
