O hotel está situado em um ótimo lugar, o staff é gentil e atencioso, o café da manhã é excelente, mas a estrutura dos quartos deixa a desejar. Nossa cama não era de casal e sim duas camas e os colchões estavam tortos, para quem tem problema de coluna como eu, foi uma experiência horrível dormir. As varandas não tem cadeiras, o que torna o espaço inútil para ser apreciado. Não há ventilador de teto ou ar-condicionado, isso no verão é um problema grande, passamos calor durante o dia e tivemos que dormir com a porta aberta da sacada para poder entrar algum vento e refrigerar o ambiente, correndo o risco de encontrar algum animal silvestre durante a noite. O lugar é perfeito, mas o dinheiro gasto em uma diária e tendo este retorno não vale a pena voltar.

The sheets is really dirty,I think that they never waste the sheet, and the heater is so small. Not enough to warm the room ~ the breakfast only have two hot food ! Sausages and egg.

The Shining
This was a bit like 'The Shining'--an enormous hotel and we seemed to be almost the only guests. They said it was off season (Dec), but it was strange. Add to that the Bavarian/Swiss Alps architecture and the fodue restaurants, and it is a truly odd--and good--experience.

O carpete do quarto estava encardido com manchas e uma das paredes tinha mancha de infiltração, mas o restante estava muito limpo. Os elevadores estavam manchados de tinta e alguns sujos de resto de comida. Na piscina, só tinham duas mesas e poucas cadeiras, o que é ruim porque não tem onde deixar a roupa. O café da manhã é muito bom. Custo benefício bom para estadia durante a semana, mas não sei se compensa no fds.

Hotel muito bom, confortável porém as duas piscinas estavam com problemas de aquecimento, a infantil não funcionava e a adulto apesar de diversos clientes pedindo parar melhorar a temperatura, nada foi feito. Quando solicitado aos funcionários, respondiam que iriam verificar, mas mesmo após algumas horas, nada mudava. Requer melhoria na manutenção.

Não vale o valor cobrado.
Cheguei no hotel às 16h e meu quarto não estava pronto. Tinham vários hóspedes na mesma situação. Fechei quarto com “vista” e me jogaram num quarto sem vista…. Alegando não ter mais vagas. Porém paguei por um quarto com vista…. Piscina que se diz aquecida estava fria. É muita propaganda para o pouco que entregam. Funcionários da recepção só ficam conversando em uma sala atrás da recepção e não te dão atenção. Não volto mais. Não recomendo!

Hotel maravilhoso. Vale a pena. Voltaremos com certeza. Unico ponto de melhoria e critica construtiva fica ao pessoal do café da manhã. Nos foi informado que café é servido até as 10h30, porém param de repor os itens às 10h00. Lembrem-se que este é um hotel para familia, de alto nivel e para descanso, onde as pessoas acordam mais tarde e querem tomar café mais tarde. Melhorem a reposição dos itens do café até horário informado e prometido.

A vista é maravilhosa que temos do hotel, porém é um lugar antigo, o cheiro não é agradável dos carpetes, principalmente nos corredores e precisa reformar os móveis das instalações do hotel, pois é antigo e estão maus cuidados. Os telefones nos quartos não funcionam, entao se deseja algo da recepção tem que ir até lá. Eu não voltaria a me hospedar lá.
