Great hotel in a great town
It was a great hotel in a beautiful town. The people at the hotel were extremely nice and helpful. They suggested restaurants for us to go to. It's an amazing place to visit if you want to unplug and relax. Fell in love with the town and hotel

O hotel é bom , o problema é que eu não sabia que não tinha ar condicionado ( porém não senti falta) Eu havia pedido com vista , não teve. Outro ponto foi o fato deles perguntarem qual o horário que vc vai tomar café, sendo que é uma coisa que o hóspede tem que ficar a vontade ( não gostei disso) mesmo eles informando que era para controle. Outro ponto foi quando deu 12h em ponto interfonam para o quarto perguntando se iríamos estender a estadia ? Eu disse que não , pois já estávamos colocando as coisas no carro . O hotel é organizado, porém é um hotel antigo . Uma piscina tava em manutenção a outra tava funcionando. Pegamos o azar de ficar próximo ao elevador, com isso muito barulho , tbm tivemos o azar de uma noite bem barulhenta ( sendo que não foi culpa do hotel) no geral é um hotel bom , café da manhã muito bom e diversificado.

Na recepção informaram que a piscina estava em manutenção e que eu deveria utilizar do hotel ao lado, caso quisesse. Informaram também que havia recebido um upgrade de acomodação para um quarto com sacada. Ao chegar à acomodação, que estava com um aroma muito agradável (ponto positivo), nos deparamos com uma suíte no estilo chalé, totalmente escuro e com janelas em vez de sacada, com uma cama de solteiro logo na entrada e, subindo as escadas, mais uma cama de solteiro e outra de casal, porém estávamos em 4 pessoas, sendo 2 delas maiores de 70 anos. Também não encontrei ar condicionado, então contatei a recepção e fui informada que esta opção estava disponível apenas nas acomodações térreas e que não havia disponibilidade para efetuar a troca e também que a maioria dos hoteis não dispunham de ar condicionado devido ao clima ameno. Havia um ventilador 220v no quarto, porém estávamos em 4 pessoas e a única tomada disponível era 110v. Como já havia me hospedado no hotel Dan Inn, ao lado, entrei em contato verificando a existência de ar condicionado e a disponibilidade, então desci até a recepção e informei meu desejo em cancelar a reserva pq iria para outro hotel. O gerente se prontificou a efetuar o remanejamento da reserva e assim o fez, sendo minha insatisfação totalmente resolvida, embora tenha perdido cerca de 1 hora nesse transtorno. Em relação ao Hotel Nacional Inn, não indico devido aos motivos mencionados.
