Covid tedbirlerine uyulması memnun edici. Kahvaltı servisi de gayet güzel ve yeterli. Bahçede unuttuğumuz eşyaların da sorunsuz bize teslim edilmesinden çok memnun olduk. Giriş saati 17:00 olması tatil beldesi için misafire günü kaybettiriyor,bu noktada müşteri odaklı düşünülmeli.

Ada merkezine yürüme mesafesinde. İstediğiniz saat yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Ada merkezindeki otellerde otopark bazen sorun oluşturuyor ancak bu otelde park sorunu yok. Bahçesi çok geniş ancak kahvaltı diğer ada otellerinden daha alt seviyede. Gece 12 den sonra bahçenin keyfini sürmek isteyip sohbete dalanlar olursa siz uykunuzdan feragat etmek durumunda kalırsınız. Oda her gün temizlenmedi, biz de temizlensin talebinde bulunmadık ama en azından yerlerin silinmesi doğal bir süreçtir diye umduk. Bununla birlikte servis elemanları çok güler yüzlü.

Temiz ve yeni otel, sıkıntılı hizmet
Genel olarak otel temiz ve yeniydi. Kahvaltısı bozcaadaya göre biraz sönük kalsa da klimadan havlulara kadar memnun kaldık ancak hizmet tarafında biraz hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Otelin işletmecisi kahvaltıda deniz kenarındaki beach club için rezervasyonumuzun yapıldığını belirtti başka bir açıklama yapmadan, elimize üzeri kaşeli ve sadece 2 kişi yazan bir not verdi ve yönlendirdi. Beach club'a gittik direkt yerimize alındık ve siparişlerimizi verdik, birkaç saat sonra çıkış yaparken hesapta giriş ücretinin alındığını gördük hiç bilgilendirilmeden onay alınmadan böyle bir çakallıkla karşı karşıya kaldık. Giriş ücretinde %50 indirim olduğu bunun da bize verilmesi gereken bilette olduğunu belirtilse de çok bilinçli bir şekilde soyulduğumuzu fark ettik. Bu durumu otel işletmecisine ilettiğimizde ve paramızı geri istediğimizde özür dilese de genel geçer cevaplar verip telefonla konuşma bahanesiyle yanımızdan ayrıldı ve bize bir ücret iadesi, en azından hizmet anlamında bir çay bile ikram etmedi. Bu sebeple otelin maddi imkanlarından temizliğinden memnun kalsak da amatör hizmet anlayışını hiç sevemedik maalesef.
