Coffee in restaurant was terrible, food we great even though we had to eat at the bar because we could not get a reservation (wish they had told me to book when I booked the room) and who has instant coffee in a room of this standard seriously 2 star tea and coffee and what is with only raw sugar or afterficial sweater no while sugar or real milk

Great location, would definitely stay again. Only real thing is why oh why do hotel fitouts often include a shower handle so high that an average height woman has to really stretch to reach it, and a small woman couldn't reach it??? Clearly specified and/or fitted by a tall man (who will probably use the stupid rain forest shower anyway - which no woman I have ever spoken to likes! :( ). And when you redesign your soft furnishings, please reconsider updating the rather gloomy grey on grey on black and more black in the rooms. But overall, i really liked it.

The pillows and mattress were super comfortable. The room controls were easy to use. Lots of space, dishwasher, mini bar, washing machine, 2 shower heads one big circle on roof and then one on the wall that you can take off, tv in both lounge area and bedroom, blockout curtains, spa bath was AMAZING, it was a nice fancy hotel and great price too will definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Spa Suite for 3 nights as a young family. It's very comfortable, in walking distance to shopping centres and restaurants. We had no phone reception in our room and the internet only worked on the first day, other than that our stay was fantastic.
