Extremely disappointed! As a repeat customer I highly recommended to my parents to stay at this hotel, for them to be left quite disappointed and with no compensation. My parents stayed here for 2 nights! And immediately reported the aircon in their room working first thing in the morning to only return at the end of the day with the air con still not fixed or any sort of compensation for the inconvenience! This is very poor customer service for the star rating of this hotel. Unfortunately this has left a lasting impression with me and I will not be staying here again!!! Nor will I be recommending this hotel again!

Excellent apartment with a huge spa. Only issue is the room was on a busy, noisy street, so sirens and hoon cars can be heard throughout the night.

Make sure you pay the little bit extra for breakfast. Marble and Grain put on an amazing buffet every morning from 7am. Delicious! The hotel and apartments are immaculate and have everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel in a great location, with a beautiful clean room and secure under-ground parking. The hotel gym was very good as is the attached restaurant, but there are also many cafes close by and it's a short walk to the main shopping district in the Centre of Canberra. I will definitely stay here again.
