Average overall unfortunately (not what I was expecting). Builders started at 7am which was very not ok. That type of thing needs to be better managed if the product you're offering is 'rest'.

Location is very good, but the property is rundown, and badly maintained despite the staffs best efforts. Bathroom door and shower door wouldn't close, gym was rented out to basketball training, with noise from the balls and coach echoing in the rear service area and rear rooms from 4 to 6. The bed head was detached from the wall and leaned over the pillows, and no hot water on the departure morning. Just not good enough whatever the price.

Great older building, well kept gardens and inside facilities are good, beds we nice, our bathroom was a little older, suits the style of the building but needs to be updated. Over all worth the money.
