Was based on the ground floor but this meant that you could hear people upstairs walking around, using the bathroom and watching TV etc (also woke one night to a baby crying). Also had an issue with the kitchen sink not draining (which from the big hole in the garden bed adjacent appears to be "normal"). Rooms were clean and roomy though and beds comfortable.

Lovely property, staff helpful . I wanted to park my car an extra 2 hours after check out time at the motel . Not a problem . Another positive was I stayed at property 3 nights and did not need to use heater . Insulation must be excellent ! They were cold nights mid September

The hotel room was clean and the staff were very nice. The free Wifi is pretty quick as qell. However, there is a door that connects to the next room that can not be locked. I've never felt so unsafe. The hotel also has a restaurant that you can not eat at you can only get eoom service or T/A. There is also a fee if you want to eat.

Some of the renovations in the bathroom were a bit shoddy. Example, holes around pipes which would allow insects to move freely between rooms. Our entrance door was not a good fit. It closed OK, but it just didn't align with the frame properly.
