The restaurants were accommodating to guests with food allergies and the staff was great. However, the restaurants and grill didn't stay open late to accommodate guest coming from the on-site club.The facility was very clean and very modern. My 2.5 star rating stemmed from not being able to access the infinity pool on the Rooftop unless I brought an additional package, even though I'm a Hyatt member. If I pay to stay at your resort which is an all-inclusive, then I should have carte blanche to the entire resort that is available to guest, considering the amount of money that was spent for that resort. The other pools were ok. The resort catered more to couples vs friends and family on vacation. The beach was the absolute worst, I was pissed off. The water was merky, seaweed wrapping around your legs & feet and it didnot look inviting at all. I was told to walk down further on the beach, basically to another resort to have a better beach experience because this are was not great. One of the main reasons why I came was to enjoy the beach and to have a great experience in total. I had friends staying at the sister resort and there experience was completely amazing, opposite of mine. I am pretty disappointed, I wish I had a better experience all around.

My partner and I went here for 8 days and had an amazing time! The entertainment was pretty great, the staff were all incredibly friendly and professional, and the grounds was truly “breathtaking” (sorry for the pun). There wasn’t a whole lot in the direct vicinity outside the resort but that’s not what we went for. Downtown Cancun is a ways down, best to drive or something. But I truly don’t have any complaints about the resort, we had a fantastic time!

The food was good, the rooms were nice however I feel you shouldn't have to ask for your linen to be changed. It should be done I feel every other day. My only complaint with the Resort.

For starters- the property looks exactly like it does online. Beautiful spotless. Great food. However- most of the staff are pretty rude & uninterested. Declining to pay for extra services I didn’t want felt like a crime. The entire stay was just a bad sales pitch with overly aggressive tactics to change our minds. I chose to stay at breathless again due to how amazing the one in Punta Cana was. Sadly, the Cancun location was not enjoyable and it’s honestly only because of the staff.
