The proprietor is friendly and kind. We arrived late due to an almost two hour delay at the toll booth between Piste de Chichen Itza and Cancun. We stayed in a room upstairs with a common hall bathroom. The room had it's own air conditioning. We left for our flight early the next morning, so we didn't get to do anything but sleep and shower. The proprietor had to unlock the front door and gate to let us out. The room was well decorated and comfortable. There is a mini fridge and television that you have to plug in when you arrive. The refrigerator is listed for food only with a sign saying not to plug it in for one bottle of water. Getting to the property required me calling to be led to the correct house. This is in a neighborhood off a main road.
