It’s the bare minimum
It is one of the cheapest hotels in the area so I can’t expect too much however it’s is a very left alone hotel as in it needs a lot of maintaince

It was nice and quiet. Super friendly staff. They let us check in early, and held out bags for free the day of checkout. We were able to use the facilities until 7pm—although checkout is at noon! Couple nice places to eat as well as an Oxxo directly across the street. The rooms need a little maintenance—the bathrooms are aging and our shower didn’t work well. The pool always had enough beds available, free towel service, and the beach is excellent. All in all I liked it. I would return.

The beach and pool were wonderful. The staff were helpful and friendly. The appearance of the resort needs updated. The room has no coffee maker and no microwave. The bathrooms were small with little storage. There are very few restaurants within walking distance. The prices in the hotel for water were high, so the only option was to walk across Kukulkán highway to the OXXO. I am thankful it was there!

They took my money did not refund it because I had a service animal certified and they did not care and nowhere on their website. Does it state that they do not accept service animals deserve a refund and I’m disgusted by their behavior.

I got a different room type than what I booked (paid for). The front desk told me that it was subject to availability and they did not have such room available. Despite my efforts to resolve that with front desk and expedis support, le issue was left unreaolved. Got a ground floor room with a patio that leads to a swimming pool. It was so close to the pool that we had to keep our blackout curtains closed at all times to have some privacy. Really didn't see a single aunset! The beach was dirty and the security guy around the pool with a baton didn't add to a safety vibe at all. Room was old and require some upgrades and so does the bathroom with no window and no fan. Stay away if you can, it's not your dream vacation place.

Convenient location. 4.6K bud ride $1 to Bohemian Square restaurant or 1hr walk. Convenience store across the street to get coffee, snacks, water at reasonable price. Nice infinity pool overlooking ocean. Nice staff. Reasonable price. Would stay there again.

The location is excellent. Service and cleanness are also remarkable. The lift and other sections into the bedrooms (window's handler, sofa, furnitures) need deep maintenance or apply a refurbish; this would enhance a lot the hotel

What we liked : infinity pool and beach right outside, next to Oxxo and good restaurants, convenient bust stop right outside Cyan restaurant good breakfast. Cleaning staff excellent. Wi fi excellent and bathroom good. Staff attentive. Tv good. What we did not like.: Noisy at night even in our room doors closed. Rust on property everywhere. No view and small room assigned to us not like in ad. No ocean view even when we tried to pay to upgrade. Tile floors slippery. No handicap access No meal plan No iron and board

The spa had great care and personalized! Traveled with my partner and great prices! Take advantage of a room with a jacuzzi! There is an OXXO right in front and a few other restaurants nearby! Don’t book any other activities online, do it at the hotel! Extra discounts! And bring dollars! They love it :)

When we booked this hotel it showed up as a 4star hotel. There is no way on God's green earth that is this is a 4star hotel. We asked for microwave to warm our food, they didn't have a microwave. We asked for a coffee machine or an electric kettle, they don't have that as well. Only 2water bottles provided are complementary after that we have to pay for water. Hotel restaurant only serves same things and no change in the menu.

Said check in was at 3. Got key at 330. Room cleaners were there and said it wasn’t ready. Went to front desk and they said 20 minutes. Was another 45 minutes to get a room. Not much of an apology. No free drink at the bar. They just made us wait. Property is really run down and old. Cracks in the walls and tiles. But beach area is amazing. Pool area is nice. Most staff were kind. Free parking is nice. For the $ there may be better options

Worst property. It does not meet a 3 star resort standard. Shoupd be a 1 star hotel or Motel!! Service and staff are pretty bad too. We had to check out 1 day earlier because of very bad smell coming from the room. We were not even provided with refund eventhough we check out 1 day earlier and property had issues.
