Amazin chill time with friends in this all inclusive hotel. In general everything was nice, servicial staff, the food was amazing (buffet), but coktails drinks were poor quality.

overall the property itself was beautiful. The beach front view is breathtaking and there are many options for pool swimming. I didn't like the food. I also think there should be a more clear understanding verbally of how payments are required for the non all inclusive option. I forgot my card in my room for breakfast payment. One waiter stood there as i tried to call my other bank to unlock my apple pay. I offered to leave my phone with them to go and get my card. A lady worker told me to come back later when I go eat my next meal in the evening. Then the first waiter came to my room 45 minutes later knocking on the door for 20 mins asking for payment. Then later on that day for lunch, I had to pay and their machine wasn't working. Which then they gathered about 5 staff members around me trying to figure out how they could get payment. I'm sure they weren't intentionally trying to make me uncomfortable but I was very uncomfortable. We had to go to the lobby for me to make a payment and then the payment went through. I seemed to have been overcharged because they refunded money in pesos at my check out.

Honestly I’ll advise everyone to stay away from this place. If you’re looking for a cheap motel experience where the staff looked exactly like how the building looks and smells then this is the perfect spot for you. They get you with the price but trust me don’t think these reviews are just that of irate customers that just want to be sassy because that’s what we thought considering that we own and run multiple businesses and know how some customers can be. We gave this dump the benefit of the doubt but my goodness we regretted it and had to leave the next day. Upon arrival, the front desk experience was like that of a $2 motel with the cheapest of hookers.lol. We tried to overlook that and still went on to confirm the booking and proceed to our room. That’s were we knew we were in for the worse experience of our lives if we stayed. The walk to the elevator was like walking into the past. The walls were like prison walls. The elevator smelt and was literally run down. We couldn’t believe what we were seeing. Honestly Expedia needs to mandate hotels to put actual pictures of all amenity spaces. Then we walked down a hallway that looked like a cheap public high school in a 3rd world country to get to our room. The room smelt like pee that they tried to use bleach to wash off. The food IS TERRIBLE. We literally booked the Waldorf Astoria the very same night we got there and escaped the next day like we were breaking out of jail as early as we could.

Check in and checkout was beyond poor. Entire lobby was full was unhappy people. Waited over an hour. Staff didn’t seem to care how long people waited. Had ocean room but needed to look past the debri and construction zone. Huge clump of dirty hair in the hallway outside the room. Hot water was an issue. We were booked for a week and ended up checking out and going to another hotel. On a positive the room was nice. Big expense to book another hotel but we just couldn’t stay there

At the time of booking had I had known the building was being renovated I would not have book I woke up to drill Sounds every morning. My toilet never flushed delt with maintenance issues twice in my 4 day stay. Water coming through the roof of lobby area horrible!

Key cards open all hotel rooms
Our check in was incredibly long—it took an hour and a half. This was not because there was a long line—there were only five families ahead of us—it was because the service at the front desk was incredibly slow. After we were given our room keys, we accidentally went to the wrong room (that was our mistake). But to our shock (and to the shock of the person in the room), our room keys still opened the hotel room that was not ours. Luckily we did not disturb anything private. Once we got into our correct room, we were dismayed to find the toilet broken. All that said, the location on the beach front was beautiful, and the staff were always friendly. Would not recommend this hotel if you care about security as any hotel guest apparently can access your room.

“All inclusive” is not all inclusive at this location. Room service is $17 USD per order. Reception ignores incoming phone calls, dinner buffet is disgusting. Kids touching everything and putting it back, and very poor quality food. Stay away from this if you want a 5 star experience.

Check in was terrible. Took about 1hpur and 40 minutes. We paid $32 US dollars for each of us for breakfast and the food quality was poor and the buffet area was constantly empty as they couldn’t put enough food out for everybody. The pool was great just don’t order the food. The view from our bedroom was amazing and the beach too. They definitely have to improve in some areas!!!!

We moved from the Hilton to this property and I liked it better as it is quieter as a whole and felt calmer. The room we had was right on the beach so it was fabulous. Inside was nice. The blanket was so thin though. We asked for additional ones and they didn't have enough available so we were chilly in the night. There was a large area outside on the property that is blocked off in the middle so if felt under construction (thankfully no noise from it while we were there). The restaurant was nice with views of the ocean.

The property offers many pools and areas to relax, so never feels crowded. Checking in took quite some time but we showed up at 3:30 and checking was at 3:00 p.m. in lieu of this they upgraded our room which offered a beautiful view.

Buffets are amazing a little costly though
Was amazing, BUT our flights were changed and we had paid for bfast and asked to be changed for dinner and they would not accommodate! We lost over $250.00 because we booked through you and not them! We ended up paying for the buffet dinner and it was delicious, lots to choose from. Kids loved the options. We loved the ocean views from our room. There is laundry service!

The main drawback is the very long check-in. We waited for 40 minutes to check in, and then another half an hour to get the keys. Also long lines to get into the restaurant all-inclusive at any time. It is completely inconvenient with a stroller, there are stairs everywhere.
