I liked that it was close to airport, super clean and quiet at same time. The only one disappointment was that we had an early flight so we went to the breakfast right at 6am, however one of the lady staff members said they hadnt opened and had to check the time to confirm it was open. We had asked for a lunch bag for 2 the night before but our young child really wanted yogurt for his breakfast. And i am not sure if this lady was just having a bad day or what but she refused to let us take yogurt even when we explained this. We informed her it was for our young child and didnt think that that should be an issue since we paid for our stay and not using the free supplied breakfast. Maybe customer service isnt her career and just never expected this from a fairfield inn since we stay at many throughout North America for business and pleasure. Just kinda left bad impression at last minute eventhough the rest of our experience was amazing.

Hotel was clean. Beds comfy. Hotel looks a little worn. We had dinner there and the hamburger was really good. My hubby enjoyed his chicken dinner. We were looking forward to the complimentary Breakfast Buffet the next morning and it was so disappointing. I got oatmeal and found a piece of wood in it. No bacon or sausage. They did have some typical Mexican dishes but not appealing to me. Pastries were stale. Long line to make a fresh waffle, with no more batter cups and batter smeared on the machine. Juice watered down, coffee ok. I ended up with just some fruit.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff and convenient for the airport. As for shopping, beach and dinning options very limited. Transportation required for all activities but offer free shuttle to the airport.

I was arriving Cancun Airport late at night 10:50 pm and even the customs took so long, the time I was on the platform was almost 12 am. I was going to the all inclusive resort the next day, so it was a very convenient choice. The shuttle bus came within 30 minutes. It was easy to get to the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was fine. We started the first swim there.

Pleasant airport hotel
We had an overnight before flying out of Cancun and this was a very pleasant stay for a Christmas layover. The room was spacious and well-appointed. We had dinner in the restaurant that night and the choices were really good and the food was delicious. The buffet breakfast was also exceptionally good and the transfer to the airport quite efficient. Overall this hotel is a very good option.
