All rooms have a view of the ocean, and a spacious sitting area. Food was excellent for an all inclusive, especially the steakhouse. Service in general was impeccable - all staff trained in old school service standards. Impeccable professionals.

Nice pools and ocean-front. Beaches clean. Furnishings are older and need a face lift while parts of the lobby ceiling were dripping. Great entertainment and options. Food was better than most of the resorts we've been too. Drinks were bad and inconsistently made. Rooms were fine. Beds clean, bathrooms were questionable- I actually preferred the bathrooms in the lobbies/gym- much cleaner. The gym was beautiful, clean, and had a lot of equipment/spaces for different workouts. Staff was friendly, bartenders especially. The staff and front often acted annoyed if you had a question.

The humidity in our room was terrible. With the tile floors my husband fell twice. We reported it to the front desk but the maintenance man did not understand what we were saying. Also a defective ping pong table in the Sports bar broke and injured my granddaughter and management did not seem to be at all concerned about it. She was injured pretty bad.

We are a young family of 4 with two children, ages 3 and 6 years old. We stayed at this property for 5 nights and 6 days during the first week of October. It was a great time and we would gladly do it again! The weather was nice, despite hurricanes nearby. We were very lucky. We loved the hotel for several reasons. We were upgraded from a 1st/2nd floor ocean view room to the 9th floor upon arrival. What a nice surprise! The view was beautiful, especially waking up each morning and sitting on the balcony. The Kids Club was not busy and held open hours for the entire family from 10am-1pm daily. They also had crafts and cookie decorating activities for the kids from 12-1pm, which was such a great addition for our littles. There were video games, a kitchen play area, lots of screens, play areas, and a splash pad with fun slides! Endless fun for all ages! The events in the evening were lovely too, we attended a Mexican Fiesta, which we reserved on our first night and they also had a great performance. The kids loved the music and dancing! Food options were great, including sushi, pizza, steak, Mexican and Latin night, and of course the buffet and gelato bar had so many options. Room service and housekeeping were excellent! At times, service at the reserved restaurants were slow, but people were always kind and friendly. Everyone worked hard to make our stay a great experience. Thank you to all the staff at Grand Fiesta for helping us create wonderful memories with our family!

We had very unusual experience at the property as a stranger tried to tresspass into our room. When we reported to fromt desk they seemed totally careless. They checked cctv footage and told us it’s a normal thing that guy got confused and entered our room. He was fully drunk and it was very uncomfortable for us. We have screenshots of what happened at the resort.

Food and service were great. Pools are nice as well. VIP some areas of the hotel have been updated and some are still in need of being updated as they have that 1970s-1980s look and feel (like the VIP lounge). Overall good experience and would book again.
