My friends and I really enjoyed the resort here. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Our butlers Jessica and Yashierda had our pool couch or beach cabanas ready for us every day of our stay and handled all of our dinner reservations. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay for 5 nights at this family oriented all inclusive resort. Fantastic beach with cabina's with service, white sand and warm sea! Staff is readily there to help with anything from booking for dinner, activities and tours outside of the resort, taking care of luggages and information. Bar staff are great and we rarely were left without a drink in our hands. We really like the Italian and oriental restaurant. Buffet was great too and have variety of food and drinks most of the day. Coffee bar, snacks and ice cream bar was a stop for us everyday. One indoor and one roof top lounge which are both great. They also have activities every night ( a show, party, casino night etc) I would recommend Grand Park Royal if you are looking to relax and enjoy what the facility has to offer. If you are looking to party, the bars and night clubs are about 20 mins walk from the resort. The souviner markets are also near the night clubs. The only hick up was that I booked a Ocean front suite and got put into a ocean "view" suite. they are different but the ocean view room was still fantastic. We used the Gym almost every morning too, plenty of equipment to get a good workout. Thanks all the staff for a great vacation. Cheers

We enjoyed our time at The Grand Park Royal. Upon arrival we were met by conceirge and encouraged to sit through their vacation member club presentation the next morning. We obliged, as many "gifts" were being offered in return. We politely declined the offer for purchasing a "timeshare", this presentation unfortunately lasted greater than two hours. Other than this, we enjoyed the restaurants, bars and adult pool area. The beach was our favorite spot to be, we would get up early in the morning to claim a spot with our personal things and beach towel. Our room was spacious and kept clean. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked, but we did have really heavy rain in the night. Overall we had a good experience, and would return to the area.

The service was excellent by everyone except the concierge assigned to us. When we got there I wanted to make a reservation for a restaurant and I was told I had to reach out to my concierge, I did, and scheduled in advanced; she confirmed, and then the next day I got a whole different schedule for our reservation. When I went to check on that, I was told that "I was not the only guest in the hotel" which was super rude. Also, the girl wanted me to show proof that I had received a confirmation, which I showed her. I felt disrespected when I had to show proof and how she used a tone with me. All we wanted was to enjoy a nice meal at the restaurant. Other than that, it was a good stay, everyone else was super nice, If I go back I don't need to deal with third parties to make a reservation for dinner.

We booked this hotel last minute, as most options were expensive. Although not inexpensive, we decided to try it despite mixed reviews. This is one of the older resorts in the hotel zone, and it shows. Our room in the main building offered nice views but hadn't been updated. The beds were uncomfortable, and wear and tear were evident. The room attendant didn't meet our expectations, possibly due to a heavy workload. The food was hit or miss. The buffet was mediocre, and the Mexican restaurant was disappointing. However, we enjoyed the KOI (Asian) and Italian restaurants, with KOI being the best. The hibachi experience lacked energy and variety. Breakfast was good but repetitive. The café, with fresh ice cream and cappuccinos, was a highlight. The beach setup was limited, with few lounges and cabanas. Early risers claimed them, leaving others to use towels on the sand. Our butler service allowed us to reserve cabanas, which typically cost $200 daily. A downside was the constant sales pitches, trying to sell memberships or excursions. The concierge spent 30 minutes trying to get us to attend a presentation, which we declined. This left a sour taste. Nighttime activities were minimal, with only a few shows and no lively music. However, our butler, Jessica, was excellent, managing our reservations and cabana bookings.

We like it everything about this resort, employees are always there for us and they are always amazing, they know how to do the job professionally. Bottler is amazing his name is Miguel. In the restaurant people are always smiling and looking professional. I'm impressed with that resort and looking forward to seeing them again in the future.

This resort was beautiful! Jessica, our butler, was fantastic and did so much for us. The bartenders, buffet staff and the hibachi chef were all amazing. We had a large group and were accommodated for every meal and they made sure we were always comfortable. Definitely do the Koi restaurant, it was the best. I highly recommend this resort.

Loved everything food was delicious , the mexican show was expectacular and the shower in the room amazing I will miss it . Only suggestions is having music or activities in the adult pool area as well , lots of things happening in the family / kids area and sometimes I’d missed out.
