Haven Riviera, Cancun was a fantastic resort and we had an amazing vacation for our Anniversary. The staff was so friendly, and attentive, especially our butler Gabriel. We had a beautiful room with the Serenity Club Ocean Front Swimout. The view was all we could ask for and more. Definitely recommend! If you’re looking for a quiet, amazing, and romantic vacation, this is the place!

Great stay but let me break this down. Hotel- gorgeous and clean. Luxurious. Great service. Food- I thought was fabulous. Classy places. They need a restaurant other than the buffet open for breakfast and lunch. They do lunch near the pool like hot dogs and burgers- but no actual dining. Room service is amazing. Also when making reservations for large groups- very hard and they might separate you Vibe- more chill and more for couples. We came with a group of 6 and even though it’s adult only, there wasn’t very much late activities or very fun activities. You are also very far from downtown so it would be expensive to leave and go downtown. Over all I will be back with my husband- but not with a group of friends.

My husband and I went to celebrate our 30th Anniversary and my birthday. From checking in with Emilee, to our butler Manny, the pool guys Jonathon and Brandon and Pedro the bartender at the quiet pool. Everything was amazing! They truly get to know you and want to make sure you have the best stay. We were there when tropical storm Helene went through and the resort made us feel safe. If you want a relaxing, chill resort this is the one.

I loved this place! When we arrived to the day we left, we were treated like royalty, like family. The staff, Levi, Michel, Cesar, Brandon, Juan, Adrian and Alfredo were amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, safe and that we had everything we needed and more. Levi and Michel make the best drinks! We had good food and always had variety. We will be going back! Nakurmiik!

My stay was great a birthday to remember .there was one person that stood out his name was Abraham he was so patient with my group so very attentive to all of our needs he checked on me every time he seen me for the duration of our trip he deserves a raise even though we had weather issues. The staff tried to do their best to show us a good time. Despite the weather I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would definitely go back again. My 40th was great despite the hurricane, I wish more people was able to speak English, I also wish there was more to do at the hotel but other than that it was great

There was an overall great vibe at the resort and the swim up room was totally worth it! Everybody gets 24 seven room service so there isn’t really a great need to upgrade to serenity in my opinion, but it depends on what you Are going there for and your pocket. I tipped the staff every drink I ordered and every meal I ate and I got treated extremely well. It made me feel good to know that I was making their day and they were making mine. We will miss you greatly Haven Riviera!
