We had a great stay. They were very accommodating. It’s very secluded and not walkable to anything. Once you’re there, unless you plan excursions you’re definitely stuck if you don’t have a car. Other than that very attentive staff and very family friendly. We went to celebrate my daughters 7th birthday and she had an absolute blast!

This resort is beautiful and relaxing. The food especially the breakfast buffet is amazing. The only down side is location is about 25 to 30 mins for the hotel zone. I would've gave a 5 star but due to slow staffing i would have to rate a 4 star.

Staff was very friendly and the property was very clean. The buffet was amazing! We didn’t try the other restaurants requiring a reservation. Will be returning.

Overall the resort was the best I've ever been to. Rudy and team at Auma Steakhouse did a great job. Erika our lobby waitress was attentive, warm and friendly. the Lobby bar tender (forgot his name) very nice and accomodating. Also forgot our waiters name in La Luce, very efficient and fast service. i have noticed that almost all waiters are very engaging and friendly. Kudos to the lady in their churros place. Our room was immaculate clean. towels and bedsheets are whites as white. Room smells fresh everytime we get in. The gym washroom was immaculate, i like using it when i'm on the grounds. Now the little not so good side ... Checking in at the reception - we arrived on my actual birthday - Dec 5th, i was promised that they will send a birthday cake to my room 5014 , the next day , never arrived. i even emailed the hotel that it's my 50th bday 2 days prior to our arrival - but when it was mentioned at the reception, they were clueless. I even asked who was that lady that I exchanged email with, she said it was the other Cecilia - not her :) I also called the reception to request extra chips ahoy cookies, never arrived. I understand that they could be really busy but they need to work on their reception people to deliver excellent reception service since they are the front faces of the resort.
