We really did enjoy our stay here! the food was okay our favorite was the italian restaurant and the japanese one as well, very clean here. The pools closed early at night which kind of was a bummer. The walls to the rooms next to us must not be very thick either the people next to us were fighting a lot so we heard everything. other then that it was great!

10/10 loved our stay here. Every staff is so friendly. Food was good. This will be our go to resort for future trips. Shoutout to Jorge from Dalia restaurant for being the best hard working server ever and sweetest. Armando was our favorite bartender who made every drink really good. I do wish pool hours were extended to 10pm instead of 8pm because it’s still hot and bright out at 8pm, some music at the pools would be nice. Overall best experience and can’t wait to visit again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Vivid. I only wish that there were more food options or at least a lunch and dinner buffet. Only buffet available was for breakfast which was great. Staff and service were exceptional. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at this resort again. Hopefully more restaurant options will be available in the near future.

10/10 loved this resort! We like to come to Cancun once a year and stay at different resorts but we’re for sure booking Hyatt from now on. The staff, food, cleanliness and the whole resort was amazing. The beach club was beautiful and the food was 10/10 the pasta was the best I’ve ever had. Carlos from the beach club was an amazing server!! Will definitely one back hopefully soon again
