This resort was nice but severely lacking in several areas. The door to our room Wouldn’t open half the time. All the food took forever to come, the chairs were taken asap and the food wasn’t good. The bartenders and entertainers were the highlight.

Nice place and decent food , good service especially poolside, nice room. Cons were lack of deck chairs after 930 am(towels took most of the chairs), beach has lots of rocks at shore so be careful, only one small bathroom for entire outdoors unless you went inside, food or drinks resulted in a stomach challenge for a few days and we never ate off property.

My wife and I loved our stay at Marriott Cancun. Food, pool amenities, staff and cleanliness was exceptional. Two concerns we heard were: noise in our room. We were able to hear our neighbors since there was a door that connects the rooms. Even with the doors closed we could hear neighbors conversations/noise which was annoying. Second concern was room service menu was not correct with the menu on AIMB app. My wife and I plan on returning to Marriott but will request not to have a door the connects rooms.

Not for a foodie. The Mexican was barely acceptable. The Hani was good The diner good The pizza good crust not good sauce It was a challenge to find good food. Coffee place had good drinks and pastries

This property has some of the friendliest and well knowledged staff that I've been to and I've been to allot of all inclusives. They have plenty of dining options along with a unmentionable little 9 hike golf course. Check it out you won't be disappointed

The food was overall disappointing. I expected better from Marriott. No game room. No large scale entertainment. I booked a king bed, when I arrived they told me they had no king beds, unless I paid an extra $750 to upgrade my room.
