Overall, we had an excellent stay at Riu Caribe. One unfortunate situation is the slippery floors all around the property, which is specially unsafe around the pools. One improvement would be to install an outdoor playground for the kids.

The staff were all very friendly. The hotel is very nice and they were always making sure it was clean. It was quite loud with the music by the pool and at night in the lobby after the shows were done. There are some rooms that have doors that face the open lobby which made it quite noisy. The beach was nice but not an area if you want to take a long walk on the beach.

Very clean and updated. The staff was very pleasant . The food was okay. I didn’t like that there wasn’t many late night food options. Everything was pretty much closed by midnight. Please bring snacks for your room.
