I’ll make this short and sweet b/c I despise long reviews. I have no idea why anyone has given this hotel a bad reviews. It was absolutely beautiful, clean with amazing sweet staff. The food was pretty good, we ate at The Steakhouse every night because it was amazing. I believe they had around six restaurants to pick from. The beach is stunning and so is the pool. The Mall and Farris Wheel is within a two minute walk. The only thing I recommend is for the hotel to please tell guest they are charging their card at the hotel before check out for the government tax, so guest don’t get scammed at the airport like I did and pay it again. I had to cancel my credit card due to it being compromised. Had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back.

Overall the resort was great! Cons:Maybe I’m picky but the sheets were not comfortable and the bed was very hard. I wish there was more wine choices as there was no rose unless you wanted to pay more which I find ridiculous. Pros: One of the cleanest resorts I have ever stayed at. Fun atmosphere overall and the beach was gorgeous. Food was pretty good the breakfast buffet especially. Almost anything you could think of was an option.

This property was great: clean rooms, friendly staff, wide variety of food at the resort. Walkable to aquarium and mall, felt safe. However, their transportation partner Connections was awful, after filling out their form, they still didn't know to pick us from the airport and we had to take a taxi. Once, we arrived I talk to representative to arrange transfer to airport. But the day before the transfer they still had no pick up time for me and when I called customer service, there was still no info. They finally sent me a confirmation on the day of pick 2 hours before the flight, but we're supposed to be a airport 3 hours prior, So we had to take taxi again. Be aware of them.

My vacation was awesome. The hotel super clean the staff super friendly peaceful stay. The only complaint the Elite Restaurant the service was good but the Lamb chops smelled which means they were not fresh and so I ordered the filet mignon and asked for med well and it was rare so for it to be the upscale for the Elite package was not good at all. I woul also have liked to see an indoor pool it rained two days . But I enjoyed my stay and I can't forget the spa day awesome clean and truly comfortable. It's in a great spot for shopping and off resort restaurants the souvenirs off the resort cheaper and the interactive aquarium is within walking distance. Great time

It served a lot of authentic Mexican food at the buffet. If you like Mexican food you’ll enjoy the offerings.

Beautiful property, clean and the staff from Housekeeping to the pool bar was fabulous. Antonio at Pepe, Glen in the lobby bar, Rodolfo at the pool bar, Saul at breakfast, the bellhop and check in gentleman. Thank you all for a wonderful birthday, I will definitely be back.

This modern property is in immaculate condition and has great potential. It is unfortunately let down by poor food (with some exceptions) and staff who were often rushing past, rather than rushing to, guests. The pools were great, Pepes and the steak house were great places to eat, and the staff at the lounge bar were awesome. These though were the exceptions. The lounge bar itself was a great place to sit and enjoy the atmosphere of the entertainment below but we were frustrated during our last 2 nights when other guests brought their speakers along and played them loud to drown out the entertainment. This shouldn’t be allowed but staff did not care to do anything, fairly typical of the experience overall.

Had a great time
Friendly staff, Food was good, Drinks were great. Wish the bed was more comfortable and they had a nightclub on site. Other than that would def come back.
