The staff here is very friendly! The lady who worked the coffee/bakery in lobby makes amazing Cappuccinos n is very friendly! Loved the Italian n Japanese places great food n staff! Ani who did my massage was amazing the food available 24/7 in sports bar was good! What I didn't like is the limited menu at the restaurants other than the buffet! Steakhouse was the worse place we ate as the steaks were very tough even cooked medium rare!! Ate like a quarter of it n went to buffet to eat. Can be very noise with the RIU Caribe next door music goes late with RIU party n shows n hard to sleep or relax at the beach!

This is a great property. The beach was amazing. The. Facility is cleaned and spotless. Buffet food was ok. The fusion and Japanese restaurants were the best. Entertainment was ok.

What I like about staying here is the staff did an excellent job taking care of our needs. Specially during dinner. The entertainment was also good, can improve in some aspects, like informing the participants before hand on what they will participate on. The food was diverse and abundant, but, some of them lacked in flavor. They were over cooked under the food warmers. Some dessert tasted like cardboard. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Beautiful property. We did kill three cockroaches in the toilette room and attempted to kill more. Other than that, it was a GREAT experience.

We had so many choices but we are really happy that we pick this one! Everything and everyone was great …from Angel when we stopped in on reception to moment we left…Hector in our favorite cappuccino’s place,Santiago,Alicia in their great buffet place… Pools ,beaches ,entertainment…food we (my wife and me) enjoyed every moment on our vacation.We will be back for sure !
