My husband & I loved this hotel, for our 2nd time in Cancun The staff was exceptional. The food was fabulous. We got a couples massage together. It was amazing. This is a family hotel. There are a lot of kids at this hotel, and in the swimming pool areas. That did not bother us. While staying at this hotel, we also had full access to the hotel next door. The pools, the buffets, the restaurants. It made us feel special. The view from our room was spectacular. For the price, this hotel was great. I can see why the price is a little lower than most, because of the Beach. It is beautiful, but there are rocks and red flags. You can not swim in it near by, you have to walk a little further down to the hotel beach spot (with yellow flags). I would stay at this hotel again, if I was on a budget. The hotels down the beach from this one are not good, I would not want to stay at them. My husband & I took a walk down the beach, and I am glad I did not choose them. These hotels are less expensive for a reason. Keep that in mind when choosing a hotel.

My family and I enjoyed a week at this resort and all the staff is wonderful and polite. We got treated like royalty. The pool area is beautiful. Access to the beach is right past the pool area and beautiful. I will definitely be returning.

The pool was nice and the swim up bar was awesome. The property and rooms were always clean. The resort is great for families and couples, if you are travelling with a group of girls/guys I suggest booking somewhere that caters more towards that, especially if you want more activities during the day/night. It is still an amazing resort!

Our 9 days here were wonderful! Check in and out was very smooth and not a long wait. The hotel has an app that lists all the activities and restaurants and allows you to make reservations for the different restaurants. Sometimes the app was a bit slow or we had trouble getting online but it’s Mexico so the Wi-Fi is not always the best but we were on vacation so it’s ok. There were so many food choices that you could always find something to eat and the seafood options were always so fresh and amazing. We found some really wonderful waiters and would always ask to be in their section. Israel in the breakfast buffet is amazing! He made our stay special by his excellent service. Definitely eat at the Bogavante restaurant at lunch-no reservation needed and the food and view is amazing. You can also use the pool at the GR Caribe next to RS and it’s a quieter pool with more shade. When we were there the hotel was pretty busy with lots of families so you do have to get up early -7 am or so to find the best pool side seats. Same if you want to sit by the beach but even though there are umbrellas bc of the way the sun goes you often don’t have shade. The ocean is beautiful but there are some rocks so you have to be careful where you enter. Definitely do the parasailing with the guys right on the beach. It’s $75 per person and so worth it. The poolside staff is amazing with all the daily activities. Good job Matias Lalo Maggie Eder and Michele. We will def come back here!!

Very nice vacation at this resort. Staff, food, pools, pool activities during thr day all.great. the only complaint I have is the layout of the walking areas oitside around the pools is designed in such a way that it seems crowded and the lounge chairs at the pools are way to close together

The hotel was kept very clean. The food at the buffet was decent, I preferred the restaurant dinning. There were many pools to choose from and the foam party was so much fun! The staff were all friendly. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

DONT WALK RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Lets get started with the fact the their service is a total joke, when you check in they give you no details besides here's your keys. Manuel from the front desk is an absolute moron, rude , unfriendly and not a care in the world about customer service. I checked in Thursday night and handed keys to valet and my car was return next day around noon with huge scratches on the side, I kindly asked to as to a manager and a manager was never available. At first I was very understanding but when it took 3 days for me to constantly ask about the status of a report I lost it. 1 day prior checking out again I asked why its taking so long , Manuel was so rude with Not a care in the world not understanding and yet again no manager. He told me that they were still looking into it yet they asked if I had done a report which I had done 3 DAYS AGO! when I started speaking English so other guest heard what was going on all of the sudden they were moving and getting things done but to their convenience only law enforcement can look at their video surveillance . I called their local police department to file a report but security gave me the wrong address so they never arrived. When I went into their department they told me they arrived at the other royal solaris and of course we weren't there. I highly recommend staying away from places like this, I didn't feel safe anymore so leaving my room and my personal items unlocked wasn't an option.
