I liked everything about this resort. The only thing I would suggest is maybe they can provide slippers for their guests as it is more convenient for us to walk around our suite without using our shoes or wet flip flops on.

Eddie at the pool was fantastic. We have been to several resorts with kids there and the staff is making sexual jokes. Eddie kept it clean and fun. Housekeeping , bar and kitchen all work so hard. Israel our waiter at the Italian restaurant was our favorite. He is truly over the top good at what he does. Thanks for a great trip

Nothing unique about the hotel. Same menu with little variations. Food was cooked with tons of oil, so the food was oily. Breakfast buffet did not have any sausage, bacon or jelly placed out. There were a lot of bird coming into the pool area, no bird control.

This is an average resort. The condition of the rooms are very poor. I booked it for four nights and three nights i had to call to report issues, 1. Toilet flush was not working, 2. Water was dripping from the vent which made the entire room wet, 3. Bathroom drain was clogged and water was overflowing and coming into the room. Also, there was no variety of the food. Snack bar had the same exact food everyday. The only thing i liked about the property was the kids club and Waterpark. The staff in the Waterpark was friendly and professional. They know how to entertain kids and keep them engaged. Also, the shows are nice as well.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Beautiful view. Comfortable room, although the pillows were hard. We did listen to “club Solaris” program. Had no intention of buying in and informed the Rep before it started. As the time went way over time we left. They weren’t very happy and we didn’t get the promo’s promised. If you aren’t interested don’t agree to listen. Would definitely return to this resort.

Definitely an old Resort. The food all taste the same like rubber. The fruit didn’t taste fresh. All the bread was dry old tasting. They didn’t do much to interact with the adults. Definitely worth paying the extra $500-$1000. To stay at a better place. So many little kids. Wasn’t what I was expecting. I’ve always stayed at the Rio’s. Lessoned learned.
