Property was clean, staff was attentive especially our butler Omar. He made the trip much more enjoyable. The elevators are painfully slow, the food is average at best. The foam parties are infrequent and level 18 is a rip off. The most annoying part of the trip is the constant upsell. It did not feel like an all inclusive. The room was terrific and the housekeeping were wonderful. We are going to try a diffferent resort next year.

The worst resort I’ve ever stayed at. This does not deserve 4.5 stars or higher rating than a 5. I hate this place. Terrible service, dirty facilities, bad food, no life guard (unsafe). I blame Expedia for this partly because of the high rating it provided.

Great Resort but no sanitizer throughout

Royalton Chic was an excellent hotel. Highly recommend. But as nice as it was there was no sanitizer throughout the resort. I found that very odd. Definitely something the resort needs to add to the establishment. I also didn’t appreciate the cleaning crew taking wash clothes without replacing with new ones.
