Felt very safe. Lost a purse and phone on different nights while out dancing at night, and both items were found in the lost and found the next day. Maid service organized our things for us and the staff remembered us each day.

Do not come here unless you want to see retirees half undressed being wild (I was here on Halloween weekend 2024). I don’t think younger generation (18-35) wants to see this. Those who were young left the party and went somewhere else. My room would not have electricity every hour. Also this happened to me, on my way back to my room I cut my foot because there were glasses scattered around from a champagne broken bottle wrapped in a blanket. A staff member saw me I was bleeding and called someone to help me. The guy was cleaning the blood from my feet, and then I asked for the Manager and he seemed not to care about paying the damages. I was recording the whole time how I was being treated. Later a security guy came angry at me saying that I can’t be recording anyone while I was getting help. I told him I was recording my injuries not the person or any guests on purpose. The security guard got angry when I asked for his name. He tried to intimidate me by getting aggressive very close to me. Also the Italian restaurant was closed. You get a limited menu from where you can eat anything but there is also a menu with better options where you pay full price. Please don’t come here and be treated this way. If you have an accident, management will not take accountability, they will just clean your blood and let you go. I repeat, this is not a party for young men/women or young couples (18-35). You will regret spending so much money. I recorded all this incident for proof.
