Just got back from a great week at Ventus. Food options were great. We did upgrade to platinum and were able to get dinner reservations for every night as a group of 13. Staff were very friendly.

We just took our young family here for Christmas for a week and had an amazing time. It was our first all inclusive trip, so I can't compare it to anything else, but would highly recommend! We felt very safe with 3 young kids. They loved the Kids Club and spent a few hours there each day for activities. The food & beach were my personal highlight. So many great restaurants to try out, and we loved the meals. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and respectful. The entire resort is extremely clean and cared for. You can be picked up and driven anywhere on the 3 combined properties on golf carts, or walk it by foot. I don't think we were even close to fully exploring everything they had to offer in a week. We felt no need to travel into town as we were so busy with all the things going on. A great vacation!

Loved the rock jumping for kids. Ventus ha is where we stayed. Farther from beach but not that far. Didn’t even make it to all the dinner options. Can only book 2 reservations at once. But can go next day to book another 2. So we filled all nights except the first easily. Wish there was a tween club with activities for those tween kids. My kids would have liked a couple hours doing some fun things but felt the kids club was for younger kids which makes sense. Beach is clean. They are raking every day. Severs were great every where. Will return again!

The property was ok. If you don’t book a reservation, the only place to eat is an absolute gong show all through the evening. Most of the staff were pleasant however lots of them seem to be annoyed that we were there. We did have items go missing for my room, no one has followed up with us at all. Some of the areas need to be renovated.
