We enjoyed our stay - we stayed on the first floor and our only issue is that it's extremely loud, lots of noise, foot traffic. The bar is on the first floor which the outcomes of that lead to the loud noise.

Wyndham alltra design is very unique, giving access to large terraces, beautiful view and easy access to beach, many dine in opnions. property is very wide, which has multiple levels and to spend time in beach view. I loved my experience. The only thing was annoying wss the playa team push to joint their 90 minutes demonstration of something and separate charges for cabanas and spa services. Other than that i loved my stay.

The hotel went all out for my husbands birthday last minute! They went above and beyond to make him feel special. The staff and service were amazing. Only complaint is that the fridge for the drinks doesn’t get cold enough and the restaurants are really hot.

Food was not good. 3 people out of 7 came back sick with diarrhea. The buffet is very small. The nights restaurants are good. Beach is amazing. Service is not like the rest of mexico. They are not rude but they lack the super friendly always want to help we usually find in mexico

Had a great stay. Booked a master suite ocean front and it was perfect! Great view, personal jacuzzi and beach chairs plus access to the hidden gem - the 6th floor VIP Lounge for top shelf liquor and no lines. Our ac cranked, we loved that there was a lifeguard on the beach and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Benjamin at Azul and Jose in the VIP lounge took great care of us and need to get raises for the job they do with their guests. Our room was cleaned spotless everyday and the staff decorated our room for my daughter’s 16th birthday and brought her a cake/song at our first dinner. All in all, a very family friendly resort with more than enough dining options to keep everyone happy. We shall return!
