Stayed in room 108 B The floor area and rug was dirty and had stains. The open ares under the bed was covered with dirt. Kitchen facilities were good. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. This room was on the ground floor. The walls are thin so a bit noisy. The bath/hot tub is not easily accessible and is jetless. The spout is on the ceiling and had a missing fitting. Not very impressed and would not stay here. There’s better accommodation for less price nearby.

Beautiful views of the mountains from our room on 4th floor. Staff was excellent. Hot tubs were quiet and relaxing. Only negative was train traffic through town was noisy with windows in room open. Would recommend this place.

It’s loud, you can hear all the other rooms. Every time the room above us walked you could hear it loudly. Every time they used the bathroom, it would wake us in the middle of the night as the plumbing is super loud. The rooms are very aged and in rough shape. The couch was brown and black, the black being how dirty the cushions were. Animals off lease in the hallways.
