We booked a room using a Hotel.com gift card We brought our little dog since it was a pet friendly hotel. At checkin we had to upgrade to a suite in order for our dog to stay, so in addition to the $130 we payed, we had to pay another $160 I will not recommend this hotel

I loved the large kitchen. I didn’t like the hide-a-bed. It was very thin. I could feel every spring in my back. It needs to be replaced.

Loved the location and the fact that it had a Sushi restaurant in the lobby which was fantastic. Room was clean, staff were friendly and underground parking was a huge bonus. We highly recommend and we will stay again.

Property was a little older but very spacious loved the balcony view from the second floor west facing, I could see the jacuzzi and the mountains, washer and drier is the old school one from the 90’s, living room couch was older and the fire place didn’t work. The staff was amazing, parking was super easy, late check in was easy and the room was clean with ample towels. Very large jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was a nice touch. I’d rate it as excellent but the place needs updating from the 90’s early 2000’s to 2025 standards

Perfect location walking distance to many attractions in Canmore. The hot tubs and steam room were wonderful! Clean and quiet we had a great time at this property.

This was perfect for the price. It had a nice fireplace and kitchenette was perfect for 2 people. The bed could have been a lot better, we found it hard and lumpy.
