Relaxing apartment near beach & restaurants in quiet owner-occupied development

This well appointed top floor (3rd) apartment is 500m from the stunning beaches of Juan Les Pins. The apartment is one of fourteen in a modern complex of owner-occupied apartments, completed in 2017. The wrap around balcony overlooks the well manicured gardens and shared pool, with views over to the bay and Mediterranean Sea and offers a peaceful retreat to relax in the quiet surrounding yet very close to the sandy beaches, restuarants and bars that the local area has to offer.
The apartment is only 15 minutes from the airport and the airport bus stops at the end of the road. Local buses run regularly to Antibes, Nice and Cannes, and the train station is only a short walk away. Alternatively, parking is available in the underground garage so hiring a car is also an option.
Restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are all under 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
The apartment is available to rent and is well situated for a peaceful base to come and explore the beautiful French Riviera.

The light and airy lounge is separated from the open kitchen by a large seated island. The well appointed fully fitted kitchen includes integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker/hob and wine cooler. It is well stocked with utensils and everything you will need for cooking and enjoying the apartment. A high chair is available on request.
The living area opens out onto the large wrap around balcony with further seating area, BBQ and sun loungers allowing for a peaceful time to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sun.
The lounge has a large sofa bed, armchair and TV unit with UK stations available. Wifi throughout.

The main bedroom has a super comfy double bed and fitted wardrobe. Again it has natural light through a large window and french doors leading onto the balcony.
The second bedroom has two single beds that can be made into a double, and a third pull out single bed. A cot is available for either room.

The main bathroom has a large powerful shower, double sink unit, mirror, and WC. There is a separate WC & washbasin with newly installed shower/massage jets. A baby bath is available if required.

The apartment has an allocated garage underground with both stairs and lift access.

An outdoor shared pool and poolhouse is available to the guests and shared with the 14 apartments in the complex.

Perfect stay in the French Riviera
Fantastic accommodation well placed for exploring Nice, Monaco, Cannes and many more beautiful areas. We hired a car, but buses and the train station (Golfe Juan) are within walking distance. Accommodation is like home from home, very comfortable with all you need. It is within easy walking distance to 2 beaches. Delicious boulangerie is just around the corner, the perfect supermarket is also within easy walking distance and a takeaway pizza van that arrives at 6pm until 10pm. (Pizza Gargantua) What's not to like? We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it. Gill was accommodating and communicative, as was Ela.

We had such a lovely stay, everything you could ask for was provided. Comfortable beds, great showers, a wrap around balcony that caught the early morning sun and all the home from home comforts that makes a holiday. Location perfect with excellent transport links to Antibes, Monaco, Cannes and Nice which we visited in our ( day stay. Also enjoyed the local beach, just 10 minutes away and the local restaurants in Golfe Juan. Great service from management team. Overall excellent. Ann

The apartment has everything we needed to make our stay excellent. The responses from the owners were prompt and helpful. We had an issue with the TV and box and this may need attention. It only worked intermittently. Otherwise excellent.

Excellent base for a wonderful stay in Cote D’Azur
We stayed as a family of four for 9 nights and truthfully, would have stayed longer if time permitted. The photos were completely accurate; the accommodation is very comfortable, superbly furnished and spotlessly clean. What the photos can’t show is how well equipped the apartment is-literally everything we could possibly need for the entire holiday was there, everything had been thought of and this made the whole trip so effortless for us. It is worth saying that the entire apartment complex is beautifully maintained, the pool is spotlessly clean and the residents take real pride in all the communal areas which we really liked and benefitted from. Parking is very easy and the entire complex is very safe & secure. We had a car and found the ability to use the fantastic local beach and park on foot, mixed with days out a real joy. We visited lovely Antibes regularly and managed easily to take day trips to Menton, Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Saint Raphael, Grasse and Lac Saint Cassien-it was amazing to have so much variety within a very easy driving distance. Both check in and check out were handled by a local agent who were very professional and friendly-very clear instructions given and super efficiently handled by Eunice who met us at the property. Gill (the owner) was very prompt in responding to all my queries and gave wonderful tips for days out with the kids. The convenience of the fantastic local bakery for breakfast, superb take away pizza on the corner, supermarket just across the road and lovely restaurants within easy walking distance meant everything we needed really was right on the doorstep. I honestly can’t imagine a better base for a trip to see this part of the coast. We would highly recommend both the accommodation and the host and would happily return in the future. Amazing holiday with many happy memories made!

Fabulous apartment close to many amazing places we would love to return
We spent a fabulous 10 days in this lovely well equipped aapartnent for our Summer holiday. The apartment has a wonderful wrap around terrace and staying in relaxing some evenings was as much fun as going out, The bus at the top of the road is convenient to access Golfe Juan, for the train where we visited the amazing Monaco and Cannes. Antibes is absolutely stunning and we enjoyed the fab restaurants on the beach in Juan le Pins. The bakers at the end of the road was to die for and the warm bread and croissants for breakfast was lovely. Oh and the pizza van for an easy supper. The beach is within easy walking distance and we also spent a good few hours in the pool which was a good start and end to our day (although the “president” of the apartments didn’t make us feel welcome initially we think we had won him over by the end of our stay). All in all we had a wonderful home from home stay and as we only touched the surface (as there is so much to do and see) we most definitely will return. Thank you Gill and Kenny and boys we had a wonderful holiday xx

Fabulous apartment
My husband and I stayed at the property with our two grown up daughters for a week in June. The location of the property was first class. Close to the bus stop and beach. With shops and restaurants a short walk away. It was extremely well equipped with everything one could possibly need. It was very clean and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the large wrap around balcony and the pool. I would thoroughly recommend the apartment and would love to return some day.

Comfortable but not luxury
We are a family of 5 and stayed at the apartment for 10 nights in August. The apartment is well situated but use of a car is needed, especially if travelling with young children as the walk to the beach is a little further than a stroll and decent restaurants are a little more than a walk away, unless you are happy to dine on Pizza and McDonalds! On arriving we were informed we needed to pay extra for 'out of ours' and had to hand over 80 Euros. That was disappointing as it wasn't our fault the flight was delayed! We were also told they had received complaints about noise at the pool from the previous guests and were asked to keep noise at a minimum. How do you tell 3 excited children they can't make noise at the pool on holiday? We got the feeling we were staying in the only rental apartment in the block. The apartment was well equipped and clean but certainly not luxury as stated in the advertisement. Sleeping was not comfortable - one small double bed and two singles - all had cheap bed linen which was rather uncomfortable, and the bathroom facilities are basic (especially the shower) - not what you would expect from a "luxury" apartment. Overall we had a great holiday but somewhat let down by the promise of "luxury accommodation" If the owners upgraded from Asda and Ikea they could potentially have the luxury apartment they desire

Verblijf was prima. Appartement was wat kleiner dan verwacht. En ook wat klein voor een gezin met 3 pubers/jong volwassenen. Super fijn dat strand, bakker en supermarkt op loopafstand zijn. Fijne stranden en leuke strandtenten. Communicatie met eigenaars en contactpersoon in Antibes verliep soepel en snel.

Den sehr guten Bewertungen der anderen Feriengästen können wir uns nur anschliessen. Die Kommunikation war top. Die Wohnung sehr sauber und super eingerichtet. Ebenfalls war sie gross genug für uns als Familie. Die Nähe zum Strand haben wir sehr geschätzt, an einem Abend konnten wir am Strand den Supervollmond bewundern. Danke, wir haben es geliebt, dort zu wohnen!

Recommendable holiday flat with great kitchen
Overall, we had a great stay in that property. Central point is the kitchen, where is every thing you need. The contact and the handing over of the keys was unrivalled in friendliness and smoothness. The 2 bathrooms, the large balcony, the underground parking, the lift and the proximity to the bakery/supermarket were also great. The sandy beach (without restaurants) is a 10-minute walk. The port of Golf Juan with its numerous restaurants is about a 20-minute walk away. The security system takes some getting used to. There are many doors/gates that are magnetically locked. It's not a criticism, because they seem to have reasons for it. What we did not like so much: From our point of view, the name of the property should be changed. We understand something different by a luxury penthouse. But maybe we are a bit too demanding. The showers are very small and the double bed is not 2.00 m long. I am taller than 1.90 m and it was a bit difficult for me. I understand that there is not enough space for a standard bed, but it should have been described in the advertisement. In general, the mattresses should be checked. We did not use the sunbeds on the balcony, they urgently need a thorough cleaning. A small Bluetooth or internet radio would be a good purchase in our opinion. Overall, however, the positive things outweigh the negative, so my comments are not criticism but well-intentioned advice. As I said, we felt very comfortable and can recommend a stay.

We hadden een geweldige kerstvakantie in dit moderne, goed gelegen appartement. Al ruim van tevoren nam Ela contact met ons op en de communicatie met het agentschap ter plekke verliep vlekkeloos. De incheck en sleuteloverdracht gingen probleemloos. Een klein probleem met de wifi werd onmiddellijk opgelost. Het appartement werd zeer schoon opgeleverd. Het ligt op de derde verdieping en is ook via een lift bereikbaar. Er is geen direct uitzicht op de zee, maar verder is er vrij uitzicht op een grote groenstrook. De locatie is perfect: bakker en supermarkt op loopafstand, strand binnen 10 minuten, bus naar Cannes en Nice binnen 5 minuten. Vanaf het appartement kun je ook lopend naar Juan les Pins of Golfe Juan, beide met een treinstation. Vanaf daar zijn we met de trein naar Nice en Monaco gegaan. We hebben ook een paar keer naar Antibes gewandeld, maar dat is wel 5 km. In principe zou je je auto de hele vakantie binnen kunnen laten staan! Het appartement is erg goed voorzien van alles wat men nodig heeft. Bij meer dan vier personen wordt het wel wat krap qua zitgelegenheid omdat er één bank en één stoel staan. Terrasstoelen zijn er overigens meer dan voldoende. De twee slaapkamers zijn ruim en hebben voldoende opbergruimte. De badkamers hebben beide een douche met altijd voldoende warm water. De tweede badkamer heeft primair een douche en toilet, maar geen wastafel van betekenis. Het appartement is erg rustig gelegen en zeer goed geïsoleerd. Wij zijn op erg veel plaatsen aan de Cote d'Azur geweest, zowel in de zomer als in de winter en dit appartement steekt toch wel boven alle andere uit qua locatie. Alleen maar aan te raden dus!

we can recommand a very nice and well located appartment
We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We enjoyed the terrasse and the space in the location. We arrived by car and we really appreciated the garage. The home is only a short walk away from the public beach, near a nice park. Around the appartment you can find a bakery and some supermarkets where you get everything for your stay. The bus station is only one corner away and the bus to Antibes takes only a couple minutes. You can reach Cannes, Nice by car in less than 30 minutes. The appartment has everything you wish, inclusive a milk-foamer :) It is tidy and nice furnished. The arrival time was a litte earlier than we planned but we got a nice start with Ela ... Gill always answered in a few minutes of all of our questions before our arrival. Thanks to Gill and Kenny and their team and we recommend this place to everybody.

Very nice place, close to the beach!
Nice apartment, soundproof, sunlight proof (great shutters) and with very good airco. Kitchen with all amenities, even a Nespresso machine 😀. Very neat residence. Nice neighbourhood. Close to supermarket, bakery, pizzeria and most important the beach. We didn’t miss anything.

Lovely apartment in convenient location
We enjoyed our stay at this apartment! It is conveniently located - Nice, Cannes and Grasse are less than 30 minutes by car. The beach is just a short walk away. A bakery is located just around the corner. A bus stop is close by and the bus runs frequently. We also found an excellent restaurant in walking distance. The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped, everything as shown in the pictures. Our arrival and departure was without a glitch. Gill and Kenny are very responsive and accommodating. Overall we enthusiastically recommend this place.
