La climatisation est installée dans le salon mais permet de rafraîchir tout l'appartement.

Situé à 10 mn à pieds de la plage. Vous aurez accès à une très grande piscine à débordement, ouverte généralement de mai à Octobre (Transats payant 10 euros/personne/jour ou 5 euros/personne/demi-journée) et vue sur la mer, un terrain de tennis et à des jeux pour enfants.
Il est idéal pour des vacances au bord de la mer.
Plusieurs lignes de Bus desservent le quartier.
