Very beautiful and quiet farmhouse recently renovated by architect, a beautiful harmony between respect for tradition and modernism, on one floor. The ground floor consists of a large kitchen open to the dining-room and the cathedral lounge with a huge fireplace, and a bay window on half-timbering. A refined bathroom in small mosaic, where you can relax. A toilet in the bathroom. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer, 1 separate WC
On the ground floor you can also enjoy two rooms with private access to the landscaped garden of one hectare with vegetable garden and fruit trees. The first floor is separated by a walkway overlooking the living room. The left side is composed of an office and a parental suite. The partRight is composed of three bedrooms (2 children and one with double bed), and a toilet. Unlimited internet access, TV, VCR, DVD player, bicycles.
In the surroundings you will be able to discover the Norman countryside by traversing various hiking trails. At 5 kilometers you can enjoy Lake Caniel and its many activities (water skiing, pedal boats, summer tobogganing, bowling, 5 kilometers from the sea (Veulette-sur-mer), where you can practice water sports or Treat yourself in the restaurants offering seafood and fish of the day bought from local fishermen.A 45 minutes drive you can visit the famous cliffs of Etretat. It will be a pleasure for us to welcome you and make you discover our beautiful region.
