Can Ema, exclusive villa with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea:
Can Ema is a luxury villa with fabulous views of the Mediterranean Sea located at the foot of the cliffs in the quiet urbanization Canyamel.This exclusive property was built in a modern and current architectural style with a bright, functional and comfortable interior.

The property is distributed over three floors: Large entrance hall with two bedrooms and a bathroom en suite (shower).

On the main floor there is a living room with direct access to the large terrace, private swimming pool with beautiful sea views, modern fully equipped kitchen and a courtesy toilet.

On the ground floor on a lower level there is a children's bedroom with its own bath, a double bedroom with bathroom en suite (shower). The bedrooms also share a separate toilet.

A separate bedroom with its own bathroom en suite and balcony is available on the property.

Outside on the terraces and the pool you can enjoy both the sea breeze and the fabulous 180 degree views over the whole of the property. The property was designed in such a way that you can see the sea from almost any room in the house.

On the upper terrace there is a Jacuzzi with privacy.

It has an open parking for two cars.

Canyamel is a picturesque place which belongs to the municipality of Capdepera, where you can visit not only the beautiful sandy beach of Canyamel and its tourist center but also the famous caves of Artá which are curiously located on the sea coast of Canyamel, in the Cap Vermell, surrounded by mountains that rise above the sea. Restaurant 500 mts distance.



For golf lovers there is the golf course Canyamel, Golf Canyamelthe nearest one in the area, and Pula Golf, Golf Son serveray Capdepera Golfall this within a radius of 10-15 minutes by car, one of the golfing paradises of Mallorca.

Can ema - stunning
Couldn’t really ask for anything else, this property has everything needed for a nice quiet week with the family, bonus points for the goats that came down the side of the property onto the side of the rocks and down to the sea. Washing machine and tumble dryer could do to be upgraded for better energy efficiency and quicker washes and could do with a couple of sets of towels in the bathroom but we had had a fab time and were sad to leave, 1 week wasn’t long enough
