Cette belle villa est située dans un joli quartier à SE Cape Coral. Situé près du centre-ville de Cape Coral qui possède une variété de restaurants, le Cape Coral Yacht Club et la plage se trouvent également à proximité. Une vue magnifique sur le canal offre un accès direct au golfe aux restaurants, à la plage de Fort Myers et à l'île de Sanibel.

La villa dispose d'une magnifique véranda avec une piscine chauffée et un spa. La zone est spacieuse, beaucoup d'espace pour bronzer et jouer. Il y a aussi un magnifique coin repas et salon extérieur équipé d'un grill, tout pour un séjour parfait.

Cette villa offre des tonnes de lumière naturelle et est de 1 948 pieds carrés de luxe climatisé! Réparti entre les trois chambres, deux salles de bains, une salle de télévision confortable, une salle de billard, un coin repas et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un grand réfrigérateur, four, cuisinière, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et machine à glaçons.

La chambre principale a un lit king size avec une vue imprenable menant à la véranda et à la grande salle de bains principale. La deuxième chambre a un lit double et un lit jumeau, cette chambre dispose d'une télévision. La troisième chambre a un lit queen avec une fenêtre donnant sur la véranda.

La villa propose une connexion Wi-Fi pour que vous puissiez utiliser votre propre téléphone, tablette ou ordinateur portable.

L'espace extérieur est très grand et bénéficie d'une exposition au soleil toute la journée. La piscine est grande et parfaite pour tout le monde, le spa est un excellent moyen de terminer n'importe quelle journée! La piscine et le spa sont chauffés par un radiateur électrique. Il y a un coin salon et une table à manger à l'extérieur, parfait pour profiter des couchers de soleil.

Two weeks in paradise

We rented this property for the month of October but we’re delayed by the two hurricanes and actually getting there. We really enjoyed the property. It was a good space for the two of us in a quiet location.

The perfect stay!

Easy check-in and check-out and everything in between. Love the pool and spa, lanai, grill area and everything else outside. Love the kitchen, bathrooms, beds, laundry, garage parking and everything else indoors. The location is great for staying around the house, but also for forays out to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel, etc. We had so much fun, we never even got around to using the billiards table or hopping over to the Key West Expresss. Staying here is my dream.

Great stay

We really enjoyed the house and property. It was very clean and easy to get places. Only thing really was we couldn’t get the pool and the hot tub to warm up. The pool eventually did but the hot tub never got warm. When I reached out I did not receive a response from the property manager unfortunately. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This place is heaven!

The place is wonderful and has everything - just like the pictures show. The Property Manager is super responsive if you have any questions, otherwise non-invasive. The whole experience is set up to just relax and have fun. The Neighborhood is very nice and quiet with a great location for all things Cape Coral, or hopping the bridge to Fort Myers. Tons of food delivery via the popular apps. We can't wait to come back!

Once my wife and I we’re settled we had an amazing week in Cape Coral! The house and it’s amenities were in good working order! The pool and spa had easy to understand directions for operation and the the management was very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this home for rest and relaxation!

Holiday retreat

We had the opportunity to stay here during the Christmas holidays and the house everything they described it as. The pool and the hot tub worked well, even during the cold weather. The property had been cleaned up after the hurricane and except for the roof, everything was back to normal.

Relaxing

Rented this to start remodeling my moms condo in fort Myers after it was flooded from Ian. Pool and hot tub were a welcoming treat every evening. Only recommendation would be more seating options for the living room, couches were not comfortable and would have been nice to have a couple chairs as an option as well. Other than that the place was perfect.

Could have been great

The house itself is beautiful. Great amenities and we would definitely stay again. The problem is the Company managing the property. The refrigerator wasn’t working Properly so we lost a lot of our food we purchased because we notified them Immediately but were told nobody Could come for two days and they didn’t even come then it took 4. By then we could get it to be somewhat cold on the coldest setting. We had ants everywhere! They Were all over the bathroom, the kitchen, the refrigerator even though we never left anything out, cleaned counters with Lysol every day and even wiped the floor and sprayed with Raid ourselves to Kill the ones we saw. Again we reported this to the property manager, sent pictures and were told they were having issues with their pest control company and nobody could come until Friday when were supposed to leave Saturday. Finally, some guy with the management group came Thursday and sprayed some himself after multiple emails and calls. The pool also didn’t function and was full of bugs the first few days. Hope the owner can find a new management company because the house itself has the Potential to be amazing.

Very Good Stay - Excellent, Quiet Location

The home is as indicated in the review - everything was extremely clean. The location is very good - easy access to everything - and the neighborhood is very quiet. We did have two things to comment on. First, we did have some problems with the refrigerator. The unit was leaking water from somewhere. We did contact the property manager - and they indicated that an appliance repair company would come to fix it - but it did not get repaired during our stay (for clarity, we only stayed for a half-week). The Second comment is around the hot tub. It is as specified - no problem there - but it should be noted that to turn the unit on you need to adjust the pump, heater and control valves - and that is outside the lanai, around the side of the house. It's not as convenient as "hitting a button". We did not bring the comment about the hot tub up to the property manager - it is what it is - but, it bears mentioning that it's a manual process and a short walk to turn the spa on/off.

Cape Coral 2022

The house was perfect for the 6 of us (2 adults and 4 kids). We were close to everything we could ask for! My only issues were we didn't have the wifi password until late Monday morning so the kids tablets didn't work, and we couldn't figure out the hot tub until the pool guy came and explained it, then I got an email about how it works. The house had everything we needed for cooking and I loved having the extra towels. We would definitely recommend this house and the area for anyone looking for a quiet family vacation spot. We only wish we had more time!

Everything about this rental was easy going. It was clean. Centrally located to tourist locations. Easy drive to Sanibel, Fort Myers and Naples. Loved the pool time. Pool table also added some fun!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was as advertised. The dishwasher didn’t work but the property manager did her best to resolve the issue. Our only recommendation is to provide better instructions on how to operate the pool and spa. We would stay there again.

This house was nice for the most part. I had trouble getting the spa and pool to coincide with each other. The property manager had to come out to get things rolling correctly, the controls were confusing so as a result we didn't get the pool and spa time we wanted. Housekeeping could have been better. Dishes were not cleaned. Bedding could have been updated. The property manager was very good about getting back to me with any issues.

The property was exactly how it was listed. We enjoyed our stay. we had all the information we needed during our stay. The property manager responded in a timely manner with answers to our questions. We would have liked our checkout to be a bit later because our flight was delayed and we were scheduled to leave in the night but but had to be out of the house at 10am. Butwe understood with a new family coming in. We will definately stay again.

Bad customer service

Property great. Reached out to customer service asking questions, they rarely returned phone calls, or email. When they did return emails, we were told our question had already been answered and were annoyed, they felt we were asking the same question again. Property lovely customer service deplorable.
