Nice hotel close to everything. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room rate very nice. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. Only a couple of minor thing. The light on the thermostat was very bright, and lit up the room, making it a bit hard to sleep, and the shower door was a little clunky to close, cause the floor to get a bit wet.

Did not feel safe waking around the hotel, however, you can easily UBER anywhere as the location is close to many restaurants, and conveniently in downtown.

Good central location. Difficult to locate easily in a busy pedestrian precinct so Shuttle bus from airport essential for a new visitor to CT. Not an area you want to be on foot with expensive luggage and looking like a new boy on the block.
