Good central hotel

Very central and near the railway station and most other things tourists want. 15 minutes walk to V&A waterfront. Not much open nearby at weekends and in evening. Good breakfast in mall next door at deli. Great staff, all very helpful. Good value for money.

Pros: Ystävällinen henkilökunta.
Cons: Hotellihuoneet pitäisi päivittää (esim. wc:n ja suihkun hanat, seinäpinnat).
Location: Sijainti rautatieaseman läheisyydessä, joka ei ole turisteille turvallisinta aluetta. Kävelymatkan päässä on kuitenkin miellyttävä Waterfrontin alue.
Turisteja ei turhaan varoiteta olemaan varovaisia Kapkaupungissa. Kerjäläiset saattavat keskustassakin lähteä perään eivätkä helposti jätä rauhaan. Jotkut yrittävät myydä lippuja paikkoihin, joihin ei ole pääsymaksua. Kokonaisuutena Kapkaupunki on näkemisen arvoinen (Pöytävuori, Waterfront, puistot, läntinen kaupunginosa...).

Cons: Que la femme de ménage n arrête pas le chauffage dans la journée pour que le soir quand on rentre ,on est bien chaud
Hotel bien pratique puisqu'il est central ,de plus parking garde......good.

3 Tage Kapstadt

Das Hotel liegt zentral in einer Fußgängerzone. Das Auto wird kostenlos vom Personal eingeparkt. Das Zimmer war großzügig eingerichtet und verfügte über 2 große Betten. Leider ohne Fenster und nur mit Klimaanlage. Ein sehr gutes Frühstück gab es um die Ecke in einem kleinen Cafe. Wenn man auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen ist, befinden sich die Haltestellen gleich gegenüber. Ansonsten kann auch die Waterfront in einem 30-minütigen Spaziergang erreicht werden. Am Wochenende ist die Fußgängerzone wenig belebt, die Hotelangestellten geben die entsprechenden Sicherheitshinweise. In der Woche haben alle Geschäfte auf und es herrscht ein buntes Markttreiben.
