5 km’s north of Pringle Bay, 14km Betty’s Bay, 26km from Kleinmond, and 62km from the side town of Hermanus, known world-wide for its Whale Festival and sightings of Southern Right Whales between Winter and Spring (June to November) the ideal time to view. It’s not unusual to spot these beautiful mammals right in our village.

Sporting activities not far away includes Hiking, Cycling, Kite Surfing, Walking, Kayaking

Leisure activities include seaside walks, Whale watching in season, beautiful wine farms, markets, hand-made crafts, penguin colony, wild horses, all a leisurely drive away. Cape Town central, Stellenbosch, Franschoek are within an hours drive, so this is an excellent base from which to explore all that Cape Town has to offer.

You’ll appreciate the quality and workmanship throughout this beautiful home, built to international standards, from the moment you ascend the floating concrete staircase to the living space on a single level. European designed fittings and imported Italian granite & marble enhance a modern feel, further accentuated by the high ceilings and well proportioned rooms, many air conditioned. All light fittings are dimmable Led lights and the tinted windows ensure a comfortable inside temperature throughout the year.

All 3 Bedrooms are en-suite with huge modern bathrooms, including rain showers, Bellini waterfall taps and Geberit concealed cisterns. Cupboards in two of the bathrooms have full mirror glass doors. A Study/lounge area leading off the main lounge is the perfect space for someone to work from home, and has sleeper couch which folds down to a double bed for two extra guests.

The Garage has space for your car and an additional space has been converted into a laundry with an extra large washing machine and tumble dryer. Here you'll find the snug/movie room, tucked away with a big screen to snuggle up on those days where chilling is the order of the day. Our cleaning service can be arranged at an additional cost
