All the staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. It's an excellent, low cost hotel thats super convenient for layovers at the airport. Easy walk through safe area, or cheap Uber ride if feeling lazy or have large amount of luggage. Bad reviews are very unfair, as with everything it's all about managing expectations. For the price you simply can't fault this hotel. The food is excellent and great value too. I will definitely stay here again.

Great transit hotel
This was a great transit stay in Cape Town. Especially liked the UK plug point and room was very comfortable. One complaint was that there was no lift and we had to battle up the stairs with our heavy suitcases. Both of us are over 65 and no assistance was offered.
