The staff is very attentive, simple and always willing to serve. Reception should be though more warm and welcoming. It seems they work under some pressure. They should be trained to make the Balneário more welcoming. This is not a reprimand, but only a suggestion for management to improve the place.

Nice hotel with good food.
Both the location and the hotel are good. The whole area of the pools are well cleaned. The water park is also a good option.

Ótimo atendimento mas há pontos a melhorar
O hotel oferece um atendimento excelente, com uma equipe atenciosa e cordial, além de ser bem organizado e limpo. No entanto, notei que algumas áreas do hotel, como o campo de futebol e as quadras de esportes, estavam meio abandonadas e necessitavam de manutenção, o que deixou uma impressão negativa. Outro ponto de atenção é a temperatura da água das piscinas externas, que estava extremamente gelada, mesmo em um dia de sol quente, o que desestimulou a maioria dos hóspedes a usá-las. Considerando que o hotel possui um parque aquático, seria interessante aquecer a água dessas piscinas para garantir uma experiência mais agradável.

O hotel é muito bom, mas tem algumas características que podem desagradar alguns como: o acesso (estrada) para chegar ao hotel é sofrível, estrada com pedregulho e de terra com muitos buracos; café da manhã somente a partir das 08:00 da manhã; não permitem checkout antecipado.

O hotel tem algo especial, inexplicável! Passamos o período do Reveillon e amamos!!! Festa linda, decoração, comida e banda sensacional!!! Ceia divina c tudo incluso, comida e bebida da melhor qualidade. Show de muitos fogos na virada, particular, em frente do hotel, no lago! A comida do hotel é um capítulo à parte! DE-LI-CI-O-SA - meia pensão. Tudo é farto e muito gostoso; carnes e peixes excepcionais, com acompanhamentos ótimos. Parabéns ao chef, equipe e aos proprietários (novos, que compraram em 2020), super dedicados. O local é muito família, não tem luxos e requintes, mas, tudo é bonito e apresentado com muito carinho e com a irresistível hospitalidade mineira, e muita música nas piscinas e no jantar. Equipe super gentil, nota 10! O conjunto do hotel todo resulta um local muito especial! Localização única na região, em frente ao lago é relaxante. Arquitetura bonita e o visual das piscinas em do complexo muito charmoso, lembra resorts do nordeste, com coqueiros e lounge relax c vista p lago. Atenção: não foque seu olhar na decoração antiga ou em pequenas falhas, tipo a recepção simples ou uns deslizes de limpeza e conservação nas áreas comuns. Esqueça isso e aproveite o resto, vale a pena! Saímos de lá querendo volta logo. Para famílias c crianças o hotelte outra piscina parque, tipo acquaclub no nível do lago, quadras e espuma. A verdade é que esse local nos proporcionou uma sensação de relaxamento e bem estar com 2 dias de estadia. Adoramos isso!

O Hotel é bonito tem uma boa estrutura, mas em alguns lugares parece meio abandonado, pecam na limpeza e na conservação, a comida é boa, os preços são acessíveis, precisam urgente aquecer as piscinas, são muito geladas, os funcionarios de uma forma geral são educados, mas precisam melhorar o atendimento principalmente na recepção.

Ótimo Hotel para famílias pois tem muita diversão para as crianças como pula pula, playground e Park aquático (Lake park). Ótima vista, muitos lugares bonitos para fotos, ótima comida e muitas opções no café da manhã e jantar. Postos negativos, wi-fi lento e dependendo da operadora vc fica sem área, então é necessário ter um ótimo Wi-Fi. Para pessoas com dificuldade para locomoção o restaurante fica longe dos quartos. O estacionamento nao tem cobertura então o carro fica o tempo todo no sol. A TV não tem Netflix e os canais são péssimos e o ar condicionado não deu conta de gelar o quarto. Fiquei no quarto grande com ofurô e senti calor uma noite... Foi ótima experiência... Os passeios disponíveis por perto do hotel são maravilhosos, a paisagem é de tirar o folego... Passeio de lancha, tirolesa e trilhas.

Ótimo serviço de quarto, funcionários agradáveis e educados. Hotel agradável com uma vista maravilhosa. As piscinas maravilhosas. Ótimo Hotel para famílias pois as crianças tem muitas distrações. Eu fui fora da temporada, por isso o hotel estava muito tranquilo, mas mesmo assim tinha muitas opções de café da manhã e jantar. Fiquei no quarto com a opção de ofurô e foi uma delícia muito gostoso e relaxante. Uma única observação negativa, mas não tão relevante, é que o ar condicionado do quarto não esfriou tanto, pois o quarto é bem grande e onde fica a banheira o piso é de madeira e entra ar quente de fora pois não tem um acabamento e isolamento legal... Mas nada que estrague o passeio.
