Place was super nice! We got upgraded since it was our Honey moon. Right in front of the beach and we loved the free transportation to the center and back. Staff was very welcoming and friendly! 5/5 stars

Amazing views, location, and service!
Had an amazing stay with this hotel and this location is to die for! The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. There’s also a shuttle that runs from the main marina to the hotel (for a small fee per person) which makes it extremely easy to get to and from the ferries. Additionally, there is a shuttle which runs mostly all day to and from the city center for free, and if you want to go to Anacapri it is super easy to take the shuttle to the center then call a taxi from there. Overall I had an amazing stay here. I recommend this place to everyone and will be back myself!

It was a really nice stay. I didn’t realize there was a pool so I didn’t get to check it out but the staff was awesome! Except for the driver. I ended up having to pay a taxi 20 euro because the “free” transport guy told me no. While On his phone. Complete bs

The views are unbeatable from a sea view room The shuttle into town and from the ferry was great. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Bedding a pillows could use updating.

Hotel was ok, dated and just average… not sure if it was worth the price. Hotel wait staff were great. The shuttle service was great. Hotel front desk staff were not informative or helpful… unfortunately. All ferries were cancelled for the day, they did not inform us of this (we would have stayed another night). The shuttle driver told us and seemed surprised we were still going to the port. Due to lack of information from front desk we booked elsewhere for our final not planned night in capri.
