The whole purpose of our trip was to enjoy South Seas resort, the pool, etc. Kids were excited as we haven’t been since the hurricane hit. I booked this property (we have stayed in marina villas before) only to find out with new ownership, amenities (i.e. using the pool) are not included with this listing. We tried to speak with anyone we could, pay for day passes to use the pool, etc. and no one was willing to help. I understand a portion of the responsibility falls on me for not having someone go through the entire rental agreement but the lack of customer service we experienced on top of disappointment soured the trip. We made this trip for the amenities. Had we known they weren’t included, we would have booked elsewhere. The place itself was great, but I want others to be aware that if you are hoping to utilize the pool, beach chairs, restaurants on South Seas, it’s not available here.
