We reserved and paid for a king room with sofa bed. When we checked in, they didn’t have our room. They gave us 2 queens instead. No apology, just blamed third-party booking issues. Very noisy neighbors. Loose toilet seat. Old microwave and refrigerator. Definitely needs an update!

The only thing I really didn't like was that the showerhead came off the wall. It made me wonder if there was a camera because you just seen a black hole. Other than that the staff was wonderful, the bed was comfortable, the water was HOT just like i like it. I would stay again, but would make sure the showerhead stays mounted to the wall

We booked a king with sofa bed. They gave us a king with a lounge chair and tile us they didn’t have one with a sofa bed available. The last time we stayed there a light was burned out in our room. Everyday they told us they’d replace it while we were out and they never did. They told us they’d give us a credit and, again, never did.

The bed was comfortable. But the room, bathroom, hallways were filthy. Cleaners are doing bare minimum if anything at all to clean rooms. I was honestly afraid of getting athletes foot in the shower

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They moved us to another room when we discovered that the floor in our first room was not clean. The room was comfortable. The breakfast area was definitely was more of a grab and go style. We would stay again if in the area.

I understand it’s being renovated but I prefer the desk to sit at to do my makeup and hair. The stand up thing with small mirror and outlets I think are meant to replace the desk. If so, it needs some kind of lighting near by. The Horizon milk we understand has a longer shelf life but it was weird having warm milk with cereal. That’s just us being nit picky, other than that everything was great!
