The studio is new and is composed of a bedroom, shower room, wc, fitted kitchen as well as an independent courtyard, no air conditioning but it is an old house that keeps it cool and fans are available, d 'a covered parking area for bikes, next to the Canal du Midi, free parking and possibility to park in the courtyard of the house which is not closed.
