First of all the lift was OOD. Although they offdered to take for me there was a huge queue and an overworked bloke who i couldnt add any pressure to, especially needing bag asap.

Room was boiling hot, fan on winows open, then the noise. Yes its a city but a hotel of this status should have long term solutions.
Beds were so uncomfortable my child asked to go home which is what we did at 1am.
The room was outdated, window ropes broken. Heated towel rack not working, lights were a mission to even go for a wee at night as they all work dofferent things. Great to joke about but not at midnight.
