The only thing I thought when eating my breakfast was someone came out of the gym sweating and dripping walking past which I was quiet alarmed by us eating our food
The hotel itself was fine i was just disappointed that because of a change of plan due to a Bereavement i would have had to pay more than i paid to stay there to change the date. No compassion by the hotel but hotels.com did their best for me but ty Magor wouldnt budge. Probably wouldnt book again for this reason
Ok Value, reception and breakfast area good, room run down, bathroom dirty, mould, missing/broken towel hangers in shower area, bed sheets seemed changed and fresh but had other persons hair on them.
Reception desk team could not find my booking. They seemed to blame me for this but then later found it on a different system in the back. I understand there are issues but it was a bit embarrassing stood with my bags with a big line of people behind me. Room was good. I didn;t have breakfast,
Room was fine, basic but clean and well appointed. Reception staff were a little slow and more interested in chatting to one another. Long queues with no acknowledgement.
Staff couldn't find my reservation on their system despite me having an email confirmation. They faffed around for 45 minutes whilst I stood in reception repeatedly asking me if I had anything other than their booking confirmation. They then found it. The room was fine but I was annoyed I didn't even get an apology from them.
